In what looks a two horse race tomorrow I’m confident this unbeaten youngster from the David Vandyke stable can overcome his main rival Stampe. He really looked the goods on debut charging home late to score over this track and distance 26 days ago. Kept fresh he’s since been given a very soft trial to keep his fitness levels up to the mark, confident he’ll be too strong again.

RACE 4 No.1 Barefoot

Toowoomba trained filly who totally blew away the opposition in a dominant display at the Gold Coast 3 weeks ago before backing up 7 days later in the high class Magic Millions 3yo Guineas when beating all bar the first three home in a strong performance. Shapes as though this bigger track will suit and after the claim does come in well at the weights.

RACE 6 No.3 Tumbler

Injury plagued mare who returns to the tack tomorrow having not raced since July last year. Out the back in a recent Doomben trial she was brought to the outside in the straight ambling down the outside to beat all bar the winner. Only beaten once in five fresh attempts she can make a winning return.
