RACE 2 No.4 Tawfiq Boy

Kris Lees is having a good run with his Queensland starters of late and this one looks all set to score second up tomorrow. Liked the way he found the line first up at Doomben only really warming up late over the 1110m. The additional trip plays into his hands and he gets the services of a very much in-form Ryan Maloney to do the steering.

RACE 3 No.2 Aileach

Lightly raced filly who has done nothing wrong in her limited three start career to date winning on Heavy tracks at her first two outings before resuming at Doomben a fortnight back really warming up late on Good ground over the final 100m. She steps up in distance tomorrow on the bigger track and will likely strike a damp surface. Looks overs in the early markets.

RACE 8 No.5 Pressway

Looks an ideal race for this very consistent galloper tomorrow. A barnstorming Doomben mile winner two starts ago before brought back to the 1350m trip last time out at the same track when again closing strongly just failing to catch the winner on the line. Back to 1600m tomorrow he handles wet and dry ground and comes up with a handy draw. The one to beat.
