Chris Nelson’s Rosehill Best Bets Posted on July 1, 2021July 2, 2021 | Posted by Chris Nelson RACE 4 No.9 Ibaraki Debut winner from the Team Hawkes camp who looks a great chance to keep his unbeaten record intact tomorrow. Straight up onto the pace he showed plenty in the run to the line doing it both ends of the race to pull clear of his rivals. His trials prior had been very impressive and I can’t see any reason as to why he won’t win again. RACE 7 No.4 La Chevalee Apart from an awkward gate this Maher/Eustace trained mare does appear very well placed tomorrow. Placed both runs back from a break down south she then ventured to Randwick in a Benchmark 78 last time out when closing off solidly down near the fence to cut the margin to a length from the winner. Back down to a Benchmark 72 tomorrow with Louise Day’s claim she will carry slightly less weight. Her wet track record is fairly handy as well! RACE 8 No.14 Mollycoddle Godolphin galloper who was an impressive first up winner at Canterbury however on face value hasn’t run up to that performance at both outings since. However things haven’t quite gone to plan on either occasion with slow starts hindering her chances, she has found the line well late though figuring first and second in the late closing sectionals numbers in each race. With a level start she can show up at good odds. Quaddie 4, 12, 6 14, 6, 2 13, 7, 2 8, 9, 12 Market Market
