RACE 2 No.1 Re Edit

Chris Waller trained mare resuming from a break tomorrow holding a perfect 2 from 2 first up record. With all the rain around in Sydney we are already on a Heavy (8) track Friday morning with more to come, that’s not going to worry this one who has handled it solidly in the past. Finished off her recent trial in good fashion and looks a good bet on an each-way basis.

RACE 3 No.1 Pelethronius

Again each-way the way to go with this mudlark who will get conditions to suit. He won two on the trot, soft and heavy ground before up in grade latest which just found him out a little. Back to Benchmark 78 company tomorrow & with a claim he does appear placed to run very well with the wet ground a bonus.

RACE 4 No.3 Monsieur Sisu

In form galloper who also handles the heavy ground well. His recent runs all around the 1600-1800m range have been solid however he looks suited by the step up to 2000m on conditions that are going to play into his hands. Likely to be sent forward by jockey Kathy O’Hara early to offset the wide gate he should be in a striking position in the straight.
