Chris Nelson’s Rosehill Best Bets Posted on February 1, 2019 | Posted by Chris Nelson Chris Nelson’s Best Bets RACE 1 No.7 McLaren 380K Team Snowden youngster on debut tomorrow who has won all three lead up trials suggesting he’ll be revved right up for a first up win! The stable runners are generally worth following when they do win trials however winning three is above and beyond. Nicely bred by Exceed And Excel to be steered by James McDonald he can make a winning debut. Race 4 No.1 Ljungberg Absolutely no luck at all last start when sent out an odds on favourite being caught wide without any cover in the run. Entitled to fade in the straight he kicked on very well to still end up beating all bar the winner home. His form prior was excellent and tomorrow he comes up with the inside draw. He can and likely will make amends. Race 9 No.3 Paret Everything points towards a second up win for this Chris Waller trained gelding tomorrow. He carries the same weight as he did first up when running all bar the winner Bon Amis down and keep in mind that runner was hard fit. Although eventually suited over further than tomorrow’s 1200m trip the additional 100m will suit him ideally at this early stage of his campaign.
