RACE 3 No.10 Tailleur

Filly from the Godolphin yard who created a very big impression winning on debut at Gosford by 4 lengths back in January when sent out a very short priced favourite. Immediately spelled she has trialled twice leading into her return here the latest splitting Varda and Roheryn, both have gone on to win first up and I’m confident she can do the same.

RACE 6 No.3 Elaborate

Consistent stayer from a very much in-form Freedman stable who looks very hard to beat tomorrow. Although no match for Mount Poppa last start that’s certainly no negative as the winner has plenty of wraps on him from a spring Cups viewpoint. Carrying only 0.5kg more weight he looks well placed to return to the winners list.

RACE 8 No.3 Handspun

Going with the Godolphin yard again with this mare who has been so strong to the line at both runs this prep. She clocked the quickest final 200m of the race first up over 1100m before unable to gain clear running at the right time in the straight last time out at Rosehill where she should have definitely finished closer than the 1.9 length margin. She gets her chance to make amends tomorrow and should do so!
