Chris Nelson’s Randwick Best Bets Posted on October 4, 2019October 4, 2019 | Posted by Chris Nelson Chris Nelson’s Best Bets RACE 5 No.1 Osborne Bulls Star sprinter resuming from a break tomorrow. Unbelievably he had 5 starts last prep for 5 second placed finishes all in Group 1 company behind some topliners. He comes up against another potential topliner in Classique Legend however he has the runs on the board and has trialled in good order for his return. He’ll be motoring home and likely right over the top of Classique Legend and co. RACE 6 No.9 Verry Elleegant Dual Group winning mare who should be ready to fire tomorrow stepping up to the longer trip at her third run back from a break. Thought her last start effort in the George Main was terrific being beaten less than 4 lengths after enduring a tough run. Accepted for both this race and the Turnbull at Flemington connections have decided to run here and she should prove very tough to beat. RACE 7 No.4 Te Akau Shark Kiwi star with plenty of wraps on him who faces his big test tomorrow in the Group 1 Epsom. Kept nice and fresh off his first local start when running on here over 1400m he’s not a horse who requires a lot of racing and his wide draw should also be a plus as he needs to gain clear running building up to what is a devastating sprint. Big chance! Quaddie 1, 6, 9 1, 4, 9 5, 12, 15 4, 8, 9 Market Market
