Kris Lees trained youngster who won his only start at Rosehill earlier this month in impressive style coming from the back off the field along the fence, just having to wait slightly for clear running he took a gap near the 200m mark racing on to score with plenty of authority. Since trialled at Randwick again using the inside to coast home a marginal winner. Progressive looking type who can win again.

RACE 7 No.2 Ecuador

Terrific effort first up in the Doncaster Prelude at Rosehill a month back when run over late by the in-form Cellarman. That was his first outing since finishing down the track at Flemington in the spring and he is generally at his best early in his campaign when nice and fresh. Note he is three time second up winner in the past and the speed map doesn’t suggest there’s too much speed around in this race which will suit him fine.

RACE 9 No.3 Roman Son

Likely to be short however is going to carry a lot of ‘get out’ money in this last race tomorrow. Charged away to score over 1800m at Rosehill just under a month ago clocking slick sectionals all the way to the line. Steps to the 2100m trip tomorrow however not he has had the benefit of a recent trial placing 2nd at Warwick Farm just over a week ago. Very progressive type who can win again.
