RACE 1 No.9 Acqume

Locally trained mare who looks well placed tomorrow off a freshen up, a drop in grade and a return to a firm track. Tracking the leaders in a recent Doomben trial she swept past under minimal urgings before coasting clear to the line in slick time. Look for her to be charging home at the business end tomorrow.

RACE 7 No.1 Unconditional

Lightly raced consistent galloper who’s had zero luck both runs this prep over the shorter 1000m trip. Held up at a vital stage first up at Doomben before closing into 3rd spot late, last start at Eagle Farm he endured a chequered run down the straight beaten less than 3 lengths. The step up 1200m tomorrow is ideal & with just an ounce of luck look out!

RACE 9 No.4 Unlikely Story

Just blotted his copy book slightly last start when missing a win or placing for the first time this campaign. He certainly had a valid excuse drawing the extreme outside gate on that occasion & having no option than to settle well back before making good ground to be beaten less than 3 lengths. Drawn a much better gate tomorrow he’ll find himself a lot closer in the run.
