RACE 5 No.7 Cadogan

Team Edmonds trained galloper whose last couple of placings suggest he’s getting back to his better form. He tracked wide in the Scallopini race at Eagle Farm two back and stuck on very well, last week he hit the line well from back in the field behind Deep Image in a race not run to suit at all. Down in weight, drawn well he’s ready to win.

RACE 7 No.5 Jonker

Newcastle trained galloper who resumes tomorrow absolutely ‘pitchforked’ in under the plate conditions of the race. Past couple of starts have been placings in Group 2 affairs with the second to latest behind the highly spruiked Classique Legend being beaten only 1.3 lengths, I hate to think what that horse would do to this field! He should be carrying a lot more than the 57.5kg and barring accidents just wins.

RACE 9 No.13 Foxy Affair

Should be ready to run a big race at odds tomorrow after two solid finishing efforts back from a break. On each occasion he’s been out the back before making good late ground clocking slick sectionals in the process. Up in distance drawn positively expect him to park a lot closer in the run and prove tough to hold out once hitting the home straight.
