Scott’s Friday Bunbury preview Posted on January 25, 2018 | Posted by Scott Embry Scott Embry’s Preview Race 1 CHESTEN FLYER was strong on debut in what should be a quality form reference. TRIPELETTO has trialed the house down for his debut. CLASSY MARCY is hard to ride and hard to catch. DEHEUNE next. Numbers 4 – 3 – 7 – 6 Suggested Bet –CHESTEN FLYER WIN Race 2 COASTAL CHILL has no numerical form this time in but sharply up in trip and with Glenn Smith engaged is worth a throw at the stumps. MAGICAL CHARM looks like a grinding staying type. SUMMER’S SKYE continues to hit the line. THE DIVINE WIND an improver possibly. Numbers: 1 – 9 – 8 – 3 Suggested Bet – COASTAL CHILL EACHWAY Race 3 KELLY’S GEM is the X-Factor runner. Three year old taking on the older horses who have all seeming hit their mark. GRAND CADEAU should thrive off the quick turn around. STRIKING STAR improves for G.Smith. MRS HARTLEY is going quite well without winning. Numbers 6 – 2 – 3 – 7 Suggested Bet – KELLY’S GEM WIN Race 4 DICKOLETTO has trialed very well for a race like this. Could be hard to hold out on debut. ASCOT GOLD has contested exclusively harder than this his whole career. WATCH ME NEY NEY was solid first-up and improved again second-up. LOVE STRIKES was impressive on debut at the short course. Numbers: 6 – 1 – 3 – 11 Suggested Bet – DICKOLETTO EACHWAY Race 5 PATRONISM has probably snuck under the radar at trials and can definitely win on debut. ME ‘N’ TAZ is a speedy type who should be suited fresh. UNIVERSAL WARRIOR looks fairly raw and green. Trialed well enough without blinkers. BLUE HOUDINI at odds for exotics. Numbers: 6 – 1 – 7 – 2 Suggested Bet – PATRONISM WIN Race 6 SENTIMENTAL FRIEND beat a subsequent winner in a fairly stylish maiden victory. Can go on with it. RARE COIN was bitterly disappointing last start when heavily supported. ELSA’S TRIBE could be a stayer in the making. PLAYS THE GAME will continue to step out in trip and should be winning soon. Numbers: 5 – 1 – 2 – 3 Suggested Bet – SENTIMENTAL FRIEND WIN Race 7 SNOW BLOSSOM finally broke through for a deserved win and this is an easier assignment on paper to what she won last start. FAIR NAKITA should find the front and from there is the one to catch. BERKSHIRE is a hard horse to catch but talented on his day. VENUS EBONY is better than what she showed fresh. Numbers: 5 – 2 – 1 – 6 Suggested Bet – SNOW BLOSSOM WIN Race 8 YOU AM I won very well first-up and then ran into far superior rivals at his next start in Saturday grade. Much more suited here. ABDICATOR has trialed up well for his return to the races. CLASSI SURVIVOR has her fair share of ability. PRIX D’EXECELLENCE makes the trip up for an astute yard. The mare will be winning races. Numbers: 5 – 4 – 9 – 7 Suggested Bet – YOU AM I WIN Quaddie (Races 5 – 8) 1,6,7 5 2,5 4,5 Bet Now
