Harry Buchanan’s Daily Greyhound Tips Posted on October 13, 2022October 13, 2022 | Posted by Harry Buchanan MANDURAH Race 4 No. 7 Mick The Magpie Wants the fence but he’s better than these with any sort of clear run. No luck here last time at his first look in WA but with pace inside him, he can get the cart over here and be a huge threat in the run home. Great play if he handles the draw. Race 6 No. 5 Prime Martini Has the speed to accelerate through the middle here and finding the arm will make her a live chance. Solid formlines and consistent around here, this is her chance to get back on the podium. Race 8 No. 8 Flash As One Ultra consignment performer who rarely misses here. Steps quickly and spears around to put himself in striking spots and often hits the podium. Big price again and he will be a super place heavy play. Race 10 No. 3 He Can Browse On the downgrade here and that’s everything. Has explosive speed when he leaves the mat and will rush up quickly here to take over. Not for catching if he gets a clean arm and best bet for that reason. Race 11 No. 1 Born A Star Can do something here. Has good box manners most the time and can spear up the fence here and almost lead. Would prove extremely hard to catch if she had the lure to herself but she can also come from off the pace. Looks a big hope. SANDOWN PARK Race 5 No. 1 Mepunga Warrior and No. 5 Plan Ahead The 1 has his box. Has an outstanding record off here and is adept at all trips and track. Great campaigner and hard to stop. The 5 is racing as well as ever and will look for the fence early. Hits the line and EW for him. Race 6 No. 1 Multi Matt and No. 2 Here Comes Pie The 1 hasn’t been entirely switched on lately but now gets the box to show his best. Nice turn of foot and much harder to catch on the arm and can get that here. The 2 was superb last week and gets an even better draw tonight. Will go well again and runs time. Both good shows. Race 7 No. 7 El Dorado and No. 1 Francis Benali The 7 just couldn’t quite cross last week. This is arguably easier and will look to muster up and lead here. If he does find the arm it’s over but can come from off the speed as well. The 1 is perfectly drawn and he will look to be prominent throughout. Can reel off big sections and hard to stop here. Race 8 No. 7 Master The Art and No. 5 Zoha Bale The 7 is a silly price here. If he can land close off the box and be near them going out if the straight the first time, he will be extremely hard to beat. Great EW chance. The 5 is promising and stepping up here to the middle trip. Big wins over the sprint where he came from a long way back so we will see where he’s at here in terms of future staying campaigns. Very keen the 7 however if he gets a look. Race 10 No. 4 Keep It Blue No luck in a heat of the Bendigo Cup last week when trying to punch up early but finding the squeeze. Will look to go fast again here and find the front or close to it and has a super record track and trip. Don’t dismiss. Race 11 No. 3 Fabroni Bale and No. 8 Loud House A couple from the back here. The 3 is slow early and gets wide but he finishes off his races hard and there might be some trouble up front here. Look for him to descend very wide and late. The 8 is promising and progressive and can offer something here as well. Won well last start and looks to have a good set of gears that she sustains. Watch closely. Race 12 No. 6 Specialty Has been a little inconsistent but no doubting his ability when he gets it all together. This is very winnable and really only needs to handle his draw to be a major player here. Can be awkward but clear run and he wins. ANGLE PARK Race 5 No. 5 Spring Pony and No. 8 Weblec Nova The 5 looks thrown in here. Just needs to maintain his recent efforts and he should put these away. The 8 doesn’t win many but will be competitive here and the kennel has a knack of getting them to show their best here at AP. 5 should win though. Race 6 No. 8 Undoing Huge show. Only has to stay within striking range here and they will have all sorts of trouble holding him out. Back from the middle trip where he raced with no luck, he can put these away and the small field only helps. Big play and first best bet. Race 7 No. 4 Closer To Rain and No. 8 On the Tequila The 4 gets a super map here. Can slot up behind the early speed and smoke the pipe into the back. Will take a mountain of stopping then. Huge class drop as well as opposed to who she has faced recently. The 8 will run her usual honest race and hit the line with gusto. Handles the draw and can come from anywhere. Save there. The 4 is a massive chance however and the next best bet. Race 8 No. 5 Man Of Substance and No. 7 War Drum Express The 5 was desperately unlucky last week. Almost found himself right there until he was cut off and checked out of it through the pen. Made significant ground to place again. Goes well here with any luck. The 7 will be hard to stop as well. The dogs either side will clear him and give him room to operate and he’s racing well presently. Keeps coming to the line and top two player here. Race 11 No. 5 Cut the Line Kennel thinks he no hope but don’t entirely buy into that. The Oracle is known to play down their chances. So he’s a huge hope. Yes he needs the arm and there is a little pace in this. If he gets it though, he will carve these right up. Start critical but priced to find out. Will run time on the lure. Market Market
