Can position up nicely from the inside gate and this is a lot easier than last time out. XAARMERIT looks a big improver out in trip and possible to even find the front. GOD’S LAND ran third in a very weak maiden in Geraldton but this has no depth either. LAMBEK next best. Numbers: 6 – 2 – 1 – 3 Suggested Bet – SULPHUR CRESTED WIN Race 2 GEOGRAPHE BAY looks to have found his race. If he doesn’t salute here then he is unlikely to find an easier one to do so. Should either lead them up or sit in the box seat from the inside gate and his run of last start should see him win. CINNAMON RUN ran a race fresh and just needs something to cart up behind from the awkward gate. VENGEANCE OF WAR is an interesting one to assess on trials. Looks to have a level of ability but does a lot wrong. NEUTRON DANCE can lead and give cheek. Numbers: 1 – 5 – 6 – 7 Suggested Bet – GEOGRAPHE BAY WIN Race 3 RYDON ran a cheeky race last preparation behind two nice fillies in Leading Girl and Pletto. They broke 5L clear of the rest and first-up coming across to sit in the breeze can give a sight. WILD GUST has been promising to win a race all campaign. Getting deep into her preparation now but this is winnable. WILLOW RIVER has been disappointing for her loyal connections and followers. This is her last chance. EJAY’S DREAM should get it soft. Numbers: 3 – 4 – 7 – 10 Suggested Bet – RYDON EACHWAY Race 4 COMBAT READY is likely to be kicked out of the gates by Renee Forrest to take up a prominent position. Showed more than enough last time in and his two runs back have both been full of merit. This race is weak and he should break his maiden. AMBER HANA threw in the towel quickly last start but if taking a sit can improve. LUC’S STAR has been running reasonable races over shorter since joining Kylie Pisconeri. GALIBA was a good run two starts back. Numbers: 3 – 7 – 1 – 10 Suggested Bet – COMBAT READY WIN Race 5 TALKING DANCER is a York winner which is a big positive. Has been battling away in tougher races than this and in a small field, at an eachway quote is worth consideration. STRONG HEART will be all the rage and realistically he was a bit disappointing last start. If he is going to track anywhere near some of the 3 year old features he needs to be winning this. SATIRIC looks one paced and should march up the hill. TAKE NO PRISIONERS is nearly impossible to catch but runs eye catchers from time to time. Numbers: 7 – 1 – 4 – 5 Suggested Bet – TALKING DANCER EACHWAY Race 6 MONASH could be Ryan Hill’s worst nightmare after electing to jump ship and stick with Jimmy Taylor. Does his best work when he can get to these tight and undulating tracks and this race looks a very good assignment for him. ZEDSTORM is the one Hill elects to ride. Pressure on management to see this filly find the front and run. STARSINYOUREYES can shoot up the fence and be in the finish. STRIP THE MOON has been poor so far this campaign. Numbers: 5 – 7 – 6 – 1 Suggested Bet – MONASH WIN Race 7 FAIRTRUSIVE has been tipped on top at two recent meetings when scratched on both occasions. Provided there are no lasting issues regarding soundness then she has found yet another winnable race. Her recent form is as good, if not superior to rivals and we will again butter up. GET THE VIBE has been very well placed by Jim Taylor. Strong winner last time out. SHANIA STYLE is a nice mare resuming and well placed. DYNABELLE can sit close handy and be there abouts. Numbers: 4 – 1 – 2 – 5 Suggested Bet – FAIRTRUSIVE WIN Race 8 WANTED DESIRE is hard to tip past after her booming win last start. Aided by the rail in the 14m position but it was a barnstorming victory running away. Will get back and need to wind-up but can make it two on the bounce. SUPERIOR SMILE is normally consistent in this grade. Reproduces first-up run in Saturday grade and goes mighty close. FLOWER OF SCOTLAND is hard mare to catch and doesn’t normally get much luck in her races. More than capable. CHANCERY a mad hope if allowed to roll. Numbers: 5 – 2 – 1 – 7 Suggested Bet – WANTED DESIRE WIN Quad (Race 5 – 8) 1,7 5,7 1,2,4 1,2,5 Market Market
