Chris Nelson’s Sunshine Coast Best Bets Posted on November 9, 2018 | Posted by Chris Nelson Chris Nelson’s Best Bets RACE 2 No.6 Betaima Very impressive winner of a Sunshine Coast Maiden recently when bounding straight to the front she kept on going to score by an ever increasing margin. Her sectionals were strong throughout the entire 1000m trip and I can’t see any reason she won’t be competitive in tougher grade tomorrow. With Jeff Lloyd to steer from an inside gate she’ll again take plenty of running down. RACE 5 No.16 Seentoomany Blew her rivals away at the Sunshine Coast winning first up at a recent Friday night meeting. Heavily backed she missed the start a couple of lengths before rounding up her rivals early in the straight powering to the line a 6 length winner with more in the tank. Yes she takes a steep rise in grade tomorrow I feel she’s well up to the task. RACE 9 No.7 Annatime Beaudesert trained mare who has been running some handy races this prep with her last three outings all good enough to suggest she may go around over the odds tomorrow. She backs up off an unlucky 3rd at Doomben last Saturday when held up early in the straight, once clear she hit the line very strongly and can only be suited by the additional trip and longer run home.
