Chris’ Rosehill Best Bets Posted on December 1, 2017 | Posted by Chris Nelson Chris Nelson’s Preview RACE 5 No. 6 Sedanzer First of at least two good bets on the card tomorrow prepared by the Waterhouse/Bott team who are going great guns at the moment. Loved her return win when she just kept wearing away at her rivals here to get home over the top of them late in a race not run to suit at all. Only slightly up in grade (if at all), fitter and carrying no more weight she can win again. RACE 7 No. 4 Cabeza De Vaca Second of the Waterhouse/Bott runners who will be lining up for his 6th straight win! He’s a leader who will be out front doing his own thing here in a race where there doesn’t appear to be any great pressure likely. He’s very promising having won 7 of his 14 starts missing the place only once, a double looms for Rachel King as well as that gun training combination. SuperPick - RACE 7 No. 4 Cabeza De Vaca - Win Boost RACE 8 No. 12 Glenall Ex Les Bridge trained galloper who had his first run with the Team Hawkes yard when a winner here first up a fortnight back. Second up last prep he was narrowly beaten on a Heavy (10) track in Listed grade before going on to run a couple of respectable races at Group 1 and 2 level. I’d expect he’ll take plenty of improvement off the first up run and is well up to winning this.
