Chris’ Randwick Best Bets Posted on August 18, 2017August 18, 2017 | Posted by Chris Nelson Chris Nelson’s Preview RACE 1 No. 3 Champagne Cuddles Unbeaten filly from the Bjorn Baker stable resuming tomorrow. She’s only had two short sharp single run preparations to date having won convincingly on each occasion. She’s looked the goods in her two lead up trials with the latest of those being in open company beaten only an eyelash behind the smart Dixie Blossoms here at Randwick over 1000m. Confident she can return a winner. SuperPick - Race 1 No. 3 Champagne Cuddles - Win Boost RACE 7 No. 2 Dixie Blossoms Narrowly beaten first up this race last year and looks all set to go one better this time around. She does look to hold a class edge over her opposition tomorrow and has the benefit of a recent trial which she won beating Champagne Cuddles (see Race 1). Should bring up a race to race double for Hugh Bowman following his win aboard the champ Winx in the previous. RACE 9 No. 10 Clipper Canberra trained galloper who is yet to miss a placing at all 8 starts which includes 4 wins. Narrowly beaten her last couple Caulfield and Randwick and although having had her chance on each occasion she’ll only carry 53.5kg tomorrow and comes up with a fair gate. She gets another opportunity to return to the winners circle. Best Bet Race 1 No. 3 Champagne Cuddles Best Value Race 5 No. 5 Assimilate Quaddie 300% 7 2 2, 3, 7, 8 6, 10, 11 Bet Now
