Maiden galloper who will be massive odds in this race tomorrow however is worth a couple of bucks each-way. Trained in Brisbane by Barry Lockwood he’s had the one start when rattling home late at the Sunshine Coast over 1200m. Yes, that’s a long way off a Saturday event at Randwick however the form out of the race has been strong to date and he has since trialled very nicely at Doomben. Worth a ‘throw at the stumps’.

RACE 5 No. 2 Brulee

Peter Robl trained filly who should be right at her peak tomorrow. Well backed first up when finishing down the track I’d suggest she didn’t handle the ground on that occasion. Back on to a drier surface second up she charged home late at Scone to beat all bar the first couple home over 1300m, up to the slightly longer trip tomorrow she’ll be even harder to hold out.

Chris Waller trained filly who although only won the single race has placed second at her other five career starts! Latest one of those was a narrow defeat behind the very promising Bonny O’Reilly when finding the line strongly late in the race. That form has been franked with that mare winning again at Rosehill last Saturday. Gets her chance to stop the run of 2nd’s with a well-deserved and slightly overdue win.
