Trent’s Gloucester Park Preview Posted on January 13, 2017 | Posted by Trent Cooper Race 1: TABTOUCH 3YO MS PACE IM ROCKARIA (1) has won three of his last four as a short priced favourite and was put out of the race when he contacted a sulky in a similar field here two starts back. He looks the leader and will be extremely hard to run down. EL BARCELONA (4) was a good 2nd at his last start after facing the breeze and is likely to be in the same position again. ROCK DIAMONDS (5) has won seven on end in good fashion and is ready for the significant rise in class. ALLMIGHTYJOELOUIS (10) doesn’t have the class of his main rivals but draws well. Tips: 1 4 5 10 Suggested Bet: IM ROCKARIA (1) to win. Race 2: CHECK IN WITH TABTOUCH MS PACE BETTOR BE SUPREME (3) has won eight of her ten Australian starts, with her two defeats coming in the mares’ Classics behind Major Reality and The Parade. She has good gate speed and is clearly the one to beat. ZACH MAGUIRE (5) has been impressive in winning his last three starts and looks the obvious danger. ATTACK ON COMMAND (2) grows a leg on the pegs and may try to lead. JUNGLEFACE JAKE (1) has poor numerical form but could improve from the pole. Tips: 3 5 2 1 Suggested Bet: BETTOR BE SUPREME (3) to win. Race 3: SUPER PICK NOW ON TABTOUCH MS PACE BUNGALOW BILL (8) has battled bad barriers throughout his career and still has a very good strike rate. He resumes from a break without a trial but has the turn of foot to be dangerous. KIWI LEGEND (9) is a classy conveyance who won his last two starts before a spell and warmed up for this with a 2nd to David Hercules in a recent Byford trial. BETTOR PACK A PISTOL (4) is a good chance to cross and could give some cheek. BRONZE SEEKER (11) is always running on and is a chance with the right run in transit. Tips: 8 9 4 11 Suggested Bet: BUNGALOW BILL (8) to win. Race 4: TABTOUCH – THE BRAND THAT FUNDS THE INDUSTRY MS PACE IDEAL ALICE (1) led throughout and beat A Piccadilly Princess four starts back and has finished midfield at her past three starts from awkward barriers. She has drawn perfectly here and can test her male rivals. FLAMING FLUTTER (3) was a great 2nd to Cyamach last week and will be hard to hold out now that he is back in form. DAVID HERCULES (2) hasn’t impressed at his two runs back from a long break but he is drawn better tonight and should be fitter. EXCITEUSINTHECITY (5) is yet to be placed in WA but has the ability to figure. Tips: 1 3 2 5 Suggested Bet: IDEAL ALICE (1) to win. Race 5: BET NOW WITH THE TABTOUCH APP IM THEMIGHTYQUINN QUALIFYING HEAT SHIRLZ SENSATION (2) was enormous last week when he broke just after the start but still managed to finish 2nd to Machrihanish and is the one to beat from this draw. JAMES GALLEON (11) has won 8 of his 14 race starts but had no chance the way the race was won first up. Expect him to be driven more positively tonight and to be a big improver. UNSINKABLE BOXER (1) doesn’t have the class of his rivals but grows a leg on the pegs and can give a sight. OHOKA KENTUCKY (12) is racing well and can overcome the draw. Tips: 2 11 1 12 Suggested Bet: SHIRLZ SENSATION (2) to win. Race 6: THE WEST AUSTRALIAN NIGHTS OF THUNDER FINAL AMERICAN BOY (1) has won 15 of his 22 race starts and resumed from a spell with a solid win in his heat in 1.54.1. He will be extremely hard to beat if he can hold up but will still be dangerous if crossed. NATHANS COURAGE (4) was sensational in sitting outside FRANCO RAYNER (9) and running a 3m 2nd to that pacer in 1.53.4 in his heat and will have a crack for the front tonight. FRANCO RAYNER (9) was an impressive all the way winner in the quickest heat but isn’t as well drawn here. CHAR DO NEIGH (6) is the best of the rest. Tips: 1 4 9 6 Suggested Bet: AMERICAN BOY (1) to win. SuperPick - No. 1 American Boy - Profit Plus – 25% (Win) Race 7: TABTOUCH WA PACING CUP MS PACE CHICAGO BULL (8) announced his arrival to open ranks with a brilliant win in the Fremantle Cup. He isn’t as well drawn here but he is likely to get a nice cart into the race and can do the double. SOHO TRIBECA (12) beat Chicago Bull in the Golden Nugget and then chased him home last week. He is likely to settle in front of his adversary and run a big race. BETTORS FIRE (5) comfortably beat Smolda the last time he led and will run a big race if he finds the top. Things went wrong for BEAUDIENE BOAZ (6) last week but he is too good to dismiss. Tips: 8 12 5 6 Suggested Bet: SOHO TRIBECA (12) each way. Race 8: THE SPORTS DAILY MARES MS PACE CHEVRONS CHAMPION (12) is getting back to her best and impressed last week when running on from near the rear to beat a similar field and must be a big chance again. SHEEZ EDGY (6) had her chance when 2nd in the same race and is always thereabouts. MARY CATHERINE (1) gets her chance to lead from the pole and could be a big improver. SUZIES GEM (2) led and was only beaten by Ohoka Darcy at Albany at her last start so this is probably a drop in class. Tips: 12 6 1 2 Suggested Bet: CHEVRONS CHAMPION (12) to win. Race 9: DOWNLOAD THE TABTOUCH APP TODAY MS PACE THE TRILOGY (2) continues to race well without winning including a last start 2nd to Soho Wall Street when he sat outside that pacer. He is much better drawn tonight and can break through. RABCHENKO (1) has been chasing Natural Disaster unsuccessfully but is drawn to lead or get a perfect trail tonight. KING LEBRON (4) drops in class for this assignment and can make his presence felt. ULTIMATE MAJOR (8) had been racing extremely well in stands before recording a comfortable victory at Albany and can overcome the wide draw. Tips: 2 1 4 8 Suggested Bet: THE TRILOGY (2) to win. Race 10: WWW.TABTOUCH.COM.AU WESTBRED MS PACE FANCI A DANCE (1) won three on end before getting tightened and breaking when he was trying to kick through at the start. He has drawn the pole again and will be hard to catch if he can hold up. NATURAL DISASTER (8) is a talented 4YO who has won his last two in style and is the other main chance. SOHO WALL STREET (6) found the front and held on last week and shouldn’t be far away. LUKEY (7) was a big improver when winning last week and would be a place chance if he can reproduce that run. Tips: 1 8 6 7 Suggested Bet: FANCI A DANCE (1) to win. Bet Now!
