Trent Cooper’s Gloucester Park Preview Posted on June 28, 2018June 28, 2018 | Posted by Trent Cooper Trent Cooper’s Preview Race 1: OWNERS ONLY MS PACE FOREVER REMEMBERED (1) has taken a while to hit her straps this campaign but her fast finishing 2nd to Michael Joseph indicated she is getting close. She has a perfect draw tonight and should give a great sight on an each way basis. EL MACHINE (10) led everywhere except on the line at his first start back from a break and should be dangerous from this draw. NEW WORLD ORDER (8) ran on nicely in a quick last half last week and should be thereabouts. KASEY JOHN (2) would be extremely hard to beat if he found the front. Tips: 1 10 8 2 Suggested Bet: EL MACHINE (10) each way. Race 2: OWNERS ONLY THE LOMBARDO FINAL MS PACE DIOR MIA MORE (1) has won 10 of her 18 career starts, including three out of four this campaign. She looks the leader here and is clearly the one to beat. MILLVIEW SIENNA (3) was a very impressive winner of a recent Byford trial and shouldn’t be far away. GOTTA GO GABBANA (4) is likely to be in the breeze outside her stablemate but won’t shirk the task. IM ZULIEKA (10) is racing well and looks a great place chance from this draw. Tips: 1 3 4 10 Suggested Bet: DIOR MIA MORE (1) to win. Race 3: OWNERS ONLY CONDITIONED HANDICAP JIMMY MACK (2) has impressed in winning four of his six WA starts and appeals as the class horse on the front line. He wasn’t quick out at his last start from the tapes which is a concern but he will be very hard to catch if he steps cleanly. TOMMY BE GOOD (12) is the lone backmarker but will appreciate the drop in class and return to the stand. BETTER SCOOT (6) is awkwardly drawn but relishes the standing start conditions. IM MASTER CHARLIE (11) flew home last start and will be thereabouts if he can reproduce that effort. Tips: 2 12 6 11 Suggested Bet: JIMMY MACK (2) to win. Race 4: PAST PRESIDENTS CUP MS PACE THE BUCKET LIST (12) ran four consecutive placings before copping interference at a crucial stage last week. This looks to be an easier assignment and he should be flooding home. GALACTIC STAR (8) suffered interference in the same incident and his previous form is good enough for a race of this nature. LETS CHASE THE DREAM (7) has been placed at all three runs this campaign and is up to the rise in class. ROCK DIAMONDS (9) has had a freshen up since a shock defeat and has the ability to overcome the wide draw. Tips: 12 8 7 9 Suggested Bet: THE BUCKET LIST (12) to win. Race 5: GET WELL INDIGO MS PACE EDEN FRANCO (5) has been enormous at her last two starts and is the one to beat here. She will be extremely hard to catch if she finds the front but her last start showed that she is still capable of winning from the breeze. MISTER VERSACE (1) beat Mista Shark from this draw three starts back and must be considered. WALKINSHAW (9) was beaten as a short-priced favourite last week but does have a touch of class. CAMPORA (10) looks a solid place chance from the draw. Tips: 5 1 9 10 Suggested Bet: EDEN FRANCO (5) to win. Race 6: OWNERS ONLY 2YO COLTS AND GELDINGS WESTBRED CLASSIC TO FAST TO SERIOUS (2) has impressed in winning his three career starts, the latest in 1.56.7 after he found the front from a wide barrier. He is drawn the best of the main chances and is clearly the one to beat. SHOCKWAVE (11) has gone to a new level at his last two starts, including a brave 2nd to Franco Edward in 1.56.4 and can overcome the back line draw. ITS ROCK AND ROLL (5) is racing extremely well but is likely to face the breeze again. WATCH ME REACT (1) was a solid last start winner and looks a good place chance here. Tips: 2 11 5 1 Suggested Bet: TO FAST TO SERIOUS (2) to win. Race 7: OWNERS ONLY 2YO FILLIES WESTBRED CLASSIC SOHO INTERCEPTOR (2) was an all the way winner of the $100,000 Sales Classic and her recent form is solid. She looks the leader here and will be very hard to catch. TYPHOON TIFF (12) is the best filly in the event and has plenty of depth but has a back line draw to overcome. LADY VALASCA (5) has been placed at eight of her 11 starts and shouldn’t be far away. DELIGHTFULREACTION (1) was a good 2nd three starts back and is drawn to get a perfect run in transit. Tips: 2 12 5 1 Suggested Bet: SOHO INTERCEPTOR (2) to win. Race 8: OWNERS ONLY MS PACE WAIMAC ATTACK (1) won three on end before locking wheels and having no chance at his last start. He is better known from the stand but he is the likely leader here and should prove hard to catch. SIMBA BROMAC (8) is the best horse in the field but may be vulnerable after a short break from the wide draw. BREACH THE BEACH (10) is drawn to get a lovely run and was a good last start winner in easier company. SALEAHS COMMAND (6) has impressed at leading throughout at both of his runs this campaign but this looks harder. Tips: 1 8 10 6 Suggested Bet: WAIMAC ATTACK (1) to win. Race 9: OWNERS ONLY 3YO MS PACE JACK MAC (8) suffered his first defeat in WA when a brave 2nd to Bettor Aim before bolting in at Pinjarra. He is drawn wide here but is the class horse of the field and is clearly the one to beat. HIGHROLLER JOE (1) hit the line nicely off a soft run here last week and looks the main danger from the pole. LINCS TIGER (3) was beaten as a short-priced favourite at his last two starts before and resumes without a trial so monitor the betting. VILLAGE BENNY (2) should get a soft run from this draw and can be placed. Tips: 8 1 3 2 Suggested Bet: JACK MAC (8) to win. Race 10: OWNERS ONLY TROTTERS DISCRETIONARY HANDICAP SUNOFLINDENNY (1) doesn’t always do everything right but he has been on his best behaviour recently and has won two out of his last three. He has a significant barrier advantage over his main rivals and will be hard to catch if he can maintain that in the early stages. SUN OF ANARCHY (8) hasn’t finished further back than 2nd in his last five starts and should be thereabouts again. BLUE SKY COMMANDER (9) is a talented trotter resuming without a trial so monitor the betting. LIFES DELIGHT (3) looks a place hope. Tips: 1 8 9 3 Suggested Bet: SUNOFLINDENNY (1) to win. Bet Now
