The Scout: EPL Matchday 36 Posted on April 26, 2019April 26, 2019 | Posted by The Scout Crystal Palace vs Everton 27th April, 10pm WST If last weekend is anything to go by, this could be the match of the round! 12th placed Crystal Palace ground out an unlikely 3-2 win away to Arsenal, a game that really defines their rollercoaster season. The Eagles have won four and lost four in their last eight Premier League matches with no consecutive victories in this span. Everton are coming off their best performance of the season with a 4-0 demolition of Manchester United. As impressive as they’ve been up front, defense has been the biggest weapon for the Toffees, conceding zero goals in their last four wins over Manchester United, Arsenal, West Ham and Chelsea. Crystal Palace have been shocking at home this season, with only Huddersfield boasting a worse record. With four wins from their last five matches, and sitting just two points out of the coveted 7th spot on the table, Everton should have too much class here and look the bet of the weekend. Suggested Bet: Match Result Everton @ $2.70* Southampton vs Bournemouth 27th April, 10pm WST It’s been a tough ride for Southampton fans this season. Sitting 16th on the table, they can take some comfort knowing that a win this weekend will all but secure Premier League status for another year. Bournemouth have had a season of two halves. They started with an amazing run of results before fading to their current position of 14th. They will take some solace in knowing that the Premier League future is secure. Bournemouth have only won one match in their last four and were particularly awful in their most recent 1-0 loss to the already relegated Fulham. They have not traveled well recently either, winning just two of their last 12 Premier League away games. Southampton’s recent form at home has been promising, with three wins from four games including marquee victories over Wolves and Tottenham. There should be plenty of chances for both sides, but ultimately The Saints have too much to play for. Suggested Bet: Match Result Southampton & Over 2.5 Goals @ $2.70* Watford vs Wolverhampton 27th April, 10pm WST Although Watford (8th) have booked themselves into the FA Cup Final, they have been inconsistent in the Premier League with just two wins in their last six matches. Meanwhile Wolverhampton (7th) will come in with plenty of confidence following their midweek 3-1 win over Arsenal. Just one point separates these sides, and both are extremely good on their day. Watford have only managed to keep two clean sheets in their last 11 Premier League matches at home, while Wolves have scored in nine of their last 12 away games. Suggested Bet: Both Teams To Score @ $1.86* *Odds correct as at 11.30am WST 26th April 2019. Market Market
