Terms and Conditions

  1. Entry into the promotion is deemed acceptance of the terms and conditions set out in this document (‘Terms and Conditions’).
  2. The promoter is Racing and Wagering Western Australia (RWWA) (ABN: 21 347 055 603) of 14 Hasler Road, Osborne Park WA.
  3. The promotional period commences at 14:00PM (WST), Monday 4 May 2026 and ends at 10:00AM (WST), Wednesday 6 May 2026.
  4. Entry Criteria: a. To be eligible to win Bankwest double pass to Fremantle vs Hawthorn Ticket promotion, customers must enter via the Facebook OR Instagram comment section and be a follower of TABtouch on the chosen platform. b. Entries are limited to one entry, per person per platform. c. RWWA is not liable and does not accept responsibility for: a participant’s entry that is not received or which is received and subsequently corrupt or rejected.
  5. RWWA is not responsible for: any postponement, cancellation, delay or changes to the prizes, promotions, or relevant fixtures beyond RWWA’s reasonable control; any technical failures or unavailability of the RWWA website or other related platforms. The Venue is not responsible for any postponement, cancellation, delay or changes to the prizes, including the cancellation or unavailability of tickets to the Events at the Venue due to reason beyond the Venue’s control.
  6. Entry is open to residents of WA and must over 18 years of age (Eligible Entrants). Employees and immediate families of the Promoter and its agencies and suppliers and contractors to this promotion, including Optus Stadium, are not eligible to enter. For the purpose of this promotion, immediate families is defined as Mother, Father, sister, brother, spouse (including de facto), offspring, living in the same premises.
  7. Excludes residents of VIC, QLD, NSW, SA, ACT, TAS and NT.
  8. Two (2) winners will be the drawn from the entries on Wednesday May 6 2026 at 10.00AM (WST). A total of Two (2) winners will be selected during the promotional period.
  9. There is (2) prizes to be won. These prizes include premium Bankwest Exclusive tickets to watch the Fremantle Dockers vs Hawthorn on May 7 at Optus Stadium.
  10. The prize draw will take place on Wednesday May 6 2026 at 10.00AM (WST) at 14 Hasler Road, Osborne Park, WA.
  11. The winners will be drawn by random name selector for all valid entries received. Should the winner be uncontactable because of account messaging restrictions on their Meta settings, an additional random draw will take place.
  12. By entering, entrants agree that their submissions may be shared, reposted or reproduced for promotional purposes across TABtouch Instagram and Facebook channels.
  13. The prize winner details will be sent to the Partnerships Team, who will notify the winner directly.
  14. The prize (or any part thereof) is not transferable or exchangeable for other goods or services or redeemable for cash. It is a condition of accepting a prize that the winner accept the conditions of that prize.
  15. If the prize (or part of the prize) is unavailable, for any reason, or the winner is unable to use the prize (or part of the prize) the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority. The Venue will not be required to substitute the prize (or any part thereof).
  16. Entries received after the closing time and date will not be accepted.
  17.  The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from accepting a prize. Independent financial advice should be sought.
