Race 1

OUR ROBYN HOOD (3) looks a nice type and has some good early speed, has the draw advantage and can run to the lead in this and am expecting a strong showing on debut. NEVELE ARMA (4) was solid on debut but may have to do the work again, she is proven and deserves market respect in this. EXPRESSING (1) gets the draw again and is a novelty chance because of that. THEMARASSHADOW (7) may try and charge out again in this, major player if he can get across like last run. ROCK THE TOUR (6) and MY SWEET MIKI (5) both look to have ability but faces tricky draws.

Race 2

THE HONOURS (5) was a good effort last start racing in the breeze initially chasing a decent tempo and then fighting on strongly, normally steps well and can see him potentially in front, if he gets to the top I think he will win but believe he is a good each way play on speed here. LOTS OF CHANGE (6) has changed hands and the horse has shown good promise, his last 100m is not for the highlight reel and that creates concern, might be fresh and firing and is a watch. JUSTLIKEFLAIR (4) is going to win plenty of races off the maiden victory, goes back 10m in handicap and needs to fire away again. LOVE YOU LUCY (3) is capable but needs to step. YANKEE LOVER (9) is capable but needs to trot and BEE BEE BEROC (10) is better on speed.

Suggested Bet: THE HONOURS (5) each way.

Race 3

SOVEREIGN JEWEL (6) is a smart filly who drops back in grade to a suitable assignment, has speed early and strings to her bow, think she’ll get the job done here. THE SEA SIREN (4) was decent on her return and can push forward and be handy to them, should run a good race. SKYHIGH ADDA (12) has plenty of ability and think she will bounce back and be storming home in this. EL RAES GIRL (11) isn’t having any luck but will be running on here with TEXAS STORM (9) who is talented and has some claims at a price, MISS BEJEWELED (8) returns and faces a tricky draw following out a moderate type and FIRTH OF CLYDE (10) is always a novelty chance.

Suggested Bet: SOVEREIGN JEWEL (6) to win.

Race 4

Bit of speed on early here. LUCIENNE (1) was sound last time out and isn’t blessed with amazing gate speed so will be doing everything she can to lead. CAPTAINS COTE (2) has good speed and will look to burn across and is a winning chance if she can find the top. MAJOR BUZZ (3) had steering issues last time out, his prior form was good and this grade is suitable. IDONTWANABEAPIRATE (8) is drawn to get a good run and watch things unfold, no reason he can’t go close again. SONIC SEELSTER (4) is fast but needs to lead to win for mine. SHES ALL GO (5) has had a few opportunities now.

Tips: 3 8 2 4

Suggested Bet: MAJOR BUZZ (3) each way.

Race 5

Hard to go past AMERICAN EYES (7) she is undefeated after three starts and has been versatile in victory, looks to have depth and can watch things unfold before being put into the race, hard to beat again. PRINCE OF TRIBECA (4) could burn across and lead here; he is a talented type and represents a decent chance. MINOR CATASTROPHE (5) comes in fresh and drops in grade a touch, she can position up and run home with her high speed. LOCAL RESIDENT (3) has returned well, he is not superior away but is serviceable and will be trying to hold a forward spot. MISTER KOPA (2) is a novelty chance.

Suggested Bet: PRINCE OF TRIBECA (4) to place.

Race 6

STRAYLYA (6) had a few hard runs but was performing well against tougher opposition, keep going back to some strong performances from the breeze at this distance and think with a freshen up and a suitable grade, he will be the one to beat here. TIMES TICKIN (1) has the draw and shouldn’t be too far away but is a tricky horse to catch and had every chance last time out. SUNPATRA (3) is likely to have market support due to the Hall Jnr factor, he is racing well enough to feature in this but wouldn’t be diving in too short. HEAVENLY BLISS (2) is consistent but not at her best. ASHBY (9) on the quick back up is going to follow through well.

Suggested Bet: STRAYLYA (6) each way.

Race 7

MISS UNEEK (1) has the perfect draw and is a good front running type, should lead and control and be very hard to run down on current form. ARUM (8) got out of his ground on Saturday night and is much better suited here from the draw and if the 1 can hold up then he will be dangerous late. Early speed that could challenge the pole marker and one I’m most afraid of is BLUE BLAZER (6) who is quick, not at his best currently but hasn’t had the rub of the green and could be included in novelties here. YAWOMA (9) looks to improve with FOLLOW ROCKNROLL (11) who faces a tough draw but is racing well. SPRING LINE (12) will be thundering home and think he will be featuring at the top end soon and is one to follow.

Suggested Bet: ARUM (8) to place.

Race 8

BLAZING REACTOR (4) trialled up well and is starting to build into better form overall, expecting him to be very dangerous in this with a safe getaway. THOMSON BAY (9) has a massive win in good time at this distance this season and must be respected after a strong recent effort. TUBBS FARQUHAR (5) is a proven stand type and could bounce close to the lead and is fitter for his first up effort also. BLAMEITONTHENIGHT (2) going well enough but needs a safe getaway to get into a good spot. VINITA ROSE (7) is capable and BLUTO (10) and MACHNIFICENT (11) will be running on.

Tips: 4 9 5 2

Suggested Bet: BLAZING REACTOR (4) to win.

Race 9

SWEET PINS (11) trial was outstanding, came from back in the field and they broke 27 up front, his last section was out of this world, just off that he should be winning this race and his form this prep has been building. GOODTIME LOUIS (3) looks the leader and may absorb some pressure but is a much better horse on speed. LENORA JANE (1) is going to get a beautiful run and be running on strongly late. MY SILVER SPOON (6) will have to do some work in the run but is racing well. BURGHLEY SHARD (8), BAZAAR PACKAGE (9) and TERROR IN TEXAS (10) all novelty chances.
