Race 5 No.8 Sunset Chromium

We were on this guy last week when he was runner up. Like the map for him tonight, he’s drawn out wide and with some dogs drawn in the middle wanting to get to the rail sharply, he can get the fly around them in the middle stages, does have a PB of 22.43 which would win this kind of race.

Tips: 8-3-4-7

Race 6 No. 8 Szyslak

It’s not a great draw for him box 8, in fact it’s not a great draw for any one the 8 over the 488 on the bend start, but I thought the small field and Unjust in box 7 may be able to give him a nice cart into the race. He’s only won the 1 race from 26 starts but most of his rivals have similar strike rates. Great chance to bring up win number 2 tonight.

Race 8 No.3 Hudson

Keen to see how the new comer to the state Hudson performs tonight, he’s a real winner, winning 7 of 13 career starts, with some very fast wins to his name at the Richmond circuit. And most importantly some good early sections, profiles like he could be a nice Birthday Cup dog, but first he’s got to get the job done tonight, Geordie Lad in box 8 won’t be easy to get past. They look the two in this.
