Scott Embry’s Saturday Moora Preview Posted on October 11, 2018October 11, 2018 | Posted by Scott Embry Scott Embry’s Preview Race 1 NOTHING IN BETWEEN has finished 5th of 8 and 8th of 8 at her two starts this preparation but that form looks very reasonable for a race of this nature. Finds the front and takes beating. GOT YOU COVERED comes from the best stable in the state and will never find a race this easy again. JESTER DINI has had 17 cracks at it and showed glimpses in the past. LIVE FIRE could improve. Numbers: 4 – 6 – 1 – 2 Suggested Bet – NOTHING IN BETWEEN WIN Race 2 PRO FESSIONAL held off a few stragglers first-up at Kalgoorlie. He will be whacking away with no weight on his back. LET ME LIVE has his first start in a long while. Could find the front and is then the one to run down. FLYIN’ TRADIE has had 24 races and only run the one placing but some of those efforts have been reasonable enough. YUKON GOLD has race fitness on his side and shades added. Numbers: 6 – 4 – 1 – 3 Suggested Bet – PRO FESSIONAL Race 3 AMALIEMOO should jump odds and win this race. Plain and simple. If he has any interest in still being a race horse then this is 10 lengths easier than 99% of races in her career to date. VIGORHESTA gets his first chance this preparation of finding the front and with only 51kg Banovic-Edwards may let him roll. HANDYMAN was fairly well supported before being scratched at Geraldton last week. STRIDE OUT gets a soft run. Numbers: 1 – 8 – 4 – 7 Suggested Bet – AMALIEMOO WIN Race 4 COLHOUN has only had five career starts and has arguably run into tougher opposition than any of his rivals have seen in their last 12 months of racing. If he handles the trek to Moora and the track he should salute. LOOKING GREAT has always shown ability and will find this far more suitable than a Saturday graduation race. KING COOL and JAFFINATOR are both one from one at the track which is a huge plus. KING COOL has speed to sit outside the lead. Numbers: 2 – 1 – 5 – 6 Suggested Bet – COLHOUN WIN Race 5 INCOHERENT is a 12 year old who has never won at 1000m but if he can be planted wide the trip he will still be hard to roll. His upper North West Sprint form is fairly reasonable. SPIRIT CENT ran into him a few times and was never far away. Three starts ago beaten a half head to Net Profit looks good. TIME AND TRUTH hasn’t won a race since she was a 2 year old. Blinkers plus, Bar Shoes big negative. HUGO DRAX is a dirt sprint specialist. Numbers: 2 – 1 – 8 – 3 Suggested Bet – INCOHERENT WIN Race 6 TELL ME THIS is rock hard fit and will ensure it is a true staying test. He is extremely one paced so expect Altieri to be putting the acid to the leaders a long way from home. SHUBUYA CROSSING has the best race form and trialed up well on two occasions earlier this preparation. TONED is a winner of the Cup and the Bairstow team rarely leave these meets without a winner. ANDREINI has hit form and draws to be right in the race. Numbers: 2 – 1 – 7 – 4 Suggested Bet – TELL ME THIS WIN Quaddie (Race 3 – 6) 1,8 2 1,2,3,8 1,2,4,7 Market Market
