Scott Embry’s Friday Narrogin Preview Posted on November 20, 2019 | Posted by Scott Embry Scott Embry’s Preview Race 1 ALIMENTARIA deserves to break through and looks to have found her race. Only slight query will be the 1700 second-up but she should hold the top for Kennedy and this does look her race for the taking. FINAL CHILL was disappointing at York after an encouraging debut. POWDERBELLE is always there abouts but just lacking a killer blow. TOP TRADE should appreciate having a senior back aboard. Numbers: 1 – 2 – 4 – 5 Suggested Bet – ALIMENTARIA WIN Race 2 ARMED AND READY looks set to win a few of these outer provincial races in a row. York, Narrogin, Mt Barker are all at his mercy in this type of country grade. Strong win last start and faces a weaker field. PATCHIRAC drops out of tougher races but has to lump weight. GOLDEN BONNEY is a nice ride for 4kg claimer Tyla Conway as she chases her first grass winner. CROSLEY HOTSHOT is not going well but is the most credentialed stayer in the race. Numbers: 3 – 2 – 4 – 1 Suggested Bet – ARMED AND READY WIN Race 3 DYNABELLE should position just off the speed and give backers a big sight. Has form around far stronger opposition than this and looks suited taking a sit on a hot speed. REBOW has come back a better horse for Brock Lewthwaite who is firing on all cylinders. Showed ticker last start which has been missing from his racing career. DE ANDES is hard to catch but on his day is better than these. If Edwards is able to find the top he could be very hard to catch. MOLLY TWO HUNDRED won well at Barker. Numbers: 5 – 3 – 1 – 4 Suggested Bet – DYNABELLE WIN Race 4 BON VOYAGE has seen some weak races since joining Mark Bairstow’s yard but this is very soft. Draws wide and carries weight but he really should be able to sit back and zap these with a patient ride. MASSA MAC looks the one and only danger on paper. Big two starts ago when finding traffic at crucial stages. FASHION FORWARD can give cheek if leading. SMART TYCOON continues to be supported in the market without firing a shot. Numbers: 1 – 4 – 5 – 2 Suggested Bet – BON VOYAGE WIN Race 5 DUNE MESSIAH trialed well and then looked all at sea on debut. Jason Whiting and Gary Crispin have a wonderful record together at Narrogin and he looks capable of running over the top of them. MARLIZE went well on debut and she should run well. WESTERN CHANT has only been fair at trials but it’s hard to argue with the way Michael Lane’s entire team is tracking. EXIT ICARUS trialed nicely at Belmont. Numbers: 1 – 4 – 10 – 2 Suggested Bet – DUNE MESSIAH WIN Race 6 REGENT STAR never runs a bad race. Has been consistent ever since joining Mark Wright’s yard. Can be a bit hard to catch but with a senior rider on and drawn a soft gate should be right there in the finish. TRILLIONIARE was very impressive at York after bombing the start and still reeling them in. DARK ROYALTY has been dropping ratings points for 2 years and in this country grade wins a race very soon. BLACK SMUGGLER got the job done last start and can continue on without surprising. Numbers: 4 – 5 – 3 – 6 Suggested Bet – REGENT STAR WIN Race 7 SUPER TEROITOA is a 6 start maiden and a 7 year old but this is not a deep race. He could break his maiden here in a 46+ without surprising. SECRET ASSAULT comes out running for Laqdar Ramoly. If he crosses he’ll take real catching. ELLENS CHOICE is speedy and could well find the top from gate 9. Always races well fresh and when allowed to run. HAMADA fresh no trial could sneak under the radar (another maiden). Numbers: 4 – 2 – 3 – 8 Suggested Bet – SUPER TEROITOA WIN Quaddie (Race 4 – 7) 1,4 1,4 1,3,4,5,6,8 2,3,4,7,8 Market Market
