RACE 1 NO. 2 SANDALWOOD

SANDALWOOD put in an eye-catching debut effort in town making strong late ground over 1200m. The increase in distance looks ideal and W Pike hops on. She should be too strong for this line-up.

RACE 4 NO. 8 PAGAN DANCER

PAGAN DANCER has been crying out for this type of distance range and gets his chance for his maiden win. The blinkers go on and he gets the services of the state’s leading apprentice Clint Johnston-Porter.

RACE 5 NO. 5 KRAKKA VISION

KRAKKA VISION should be able to find the front without a great deal of early work and from there will take plenty of beating. She was stretched out to the 1420m at her last start and just peaked over the concluding stages. The drop back to 1200m is ideal and Jarrad Noske retains the mount which is a big plus.
