Race 1 – No. 2  Yunderup Tank

Strong chaser who has posted some slick times over a variety of distances in the past. Likes this draw and looks the value runner.

Race 5 – No. 7  Desert Rampage

Track specialist who has returned to his best with back to back wins in good times. Has a good record in this rug and is the one to beat again.

Race 9 – No. 2  Lucky Shooter

Grade dropper who races well in stripes. Placed in half of his 20 starts over this trip and will take catching with a solid jump.

Justified the late support last week when saluting in a smart 21.89 on debut over the 380m. Drawn to get a soft run and is capable of doubling up.

Race 5 – No. 3  Frida Monelli

Speed machine who has caused headaches for her opposition in the past when setting up big leads and proving hard to run down. Should give plenty of cheek again and is worth a throw at the stumps at juicy odds.

Race 8 – No. 3  Mandjoogoordap

Will find this easier than recent runs at the track. The only concern is her record from this draw but she has the early pace to lead and if she does, they’ll struggle to run her down.
