Race 4 – No. 2  Fire Blaze

Has an impressive record over the distance, finishing on the podium in 22 of 30. He also excels from this draw as well and after back to back 2nds at Northam, he should be able to go one better here.

Race 5 – No. 4  Issue

Speedy chaser who has only finished further back than 2nd in 2 of his last 11. Loves this draw and will prove hard to run down.

Race 7 – No. 3  Desert Rampage

Hasn‘t won since April but he will appreciate the return to Mandurah as 24 of his 27 wins have been here over the trip. Expected to bounce back to his best.

Promising chaser who has one 2 of 4 over the 520m including an all the way win over Cropduster in quick time. Has a good record from surrounding draws and is capable of continuing on his winning ways.

Race 5 – No. 5  Waterloo Monelli

Versatile chaser who powered home last week to go done by a head for 2nd in a handy time in the wet. Will be relying on luck but is capable of the upset.

Race 8 – No. 4  Dandalup Annie

Has been racing well in handy line ups for a while now and after earning a silver medal at her past two, she how gets her chance to earn the gold.
