Michael McDermott’s Weekend Greyhound Preview Posted on December 16, 2016December 19, 2016 | Posted by Michael McDermott Mandurah Friday 16th December 2016 Race 2 – No. 4 West On Sutro Race 3 – No. 5 Quick Fuel Race 7 – No. 1 Impressive Levy — SuperPick Profit Plus 20% (Place) Bet Now Cannington Saturday 17th December 2016 Race 2 – No. 2 Lachlan Monelli Tough youngster who’s been producing barnstorming finishes over the shorter 520m for a while now. He is unbeaten in stripes and has yet to finish further back than 4th in any of his 14 starts to date. He does bump into the smart Topology at his first crack at the 600m but this fellow looks as though he’ll be a sensation over the longer distances and should prove mighty hard to hold out once again. Race 7 – No. 3 Cosmic Owl Talented chaser who has competed admirably against the likes of Zambora Brockie, Moreira, Dyna Double One and Fernando Bale to name a few in the past before making the move west. She has been sparingly raced locally but she is due for a change of luck now and if she finds her best jump from one of her favourite draws, she’s more than capable of bouncing back into the winners circle in this sort of company. Race 8 – No. 3 Belt Up Foss — SuperPick Profit Plus 20% (Win) He motored around here in a slick 29.99 last week in this very company, leading all the way to win by a massive 8 lengths. He meets a very similar line up tonight and has also come up with a more favourable marble for this so he won’t have to work as hard to find the top. It is hard to see him being beaten if he reproduces last weeks magnificent effort. QUADDIE (Race 5 to 8): 1, 2, 4, 6, 8 — 1, 3, 4, 5, 6 — 3, 4, 5 — 3. $50 for 66.66% TRIFECTA — Race 2 2,8 — 2, 8 — 1, 4, 5. $30 for 500% FIRST FOUR — Race 3 2, 7 — 2, 7, 8 — 1, 3, 4, 5, 7, 8 — 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8. $50 for 57.47% Bet Now
