Race 6 – No. 4  Astitine

Out of form but so are all of his rivals. Can be hit and miss at box rise and does resume from a spell but he has gone as quick as 21.62 here when leading all the way four runs ago and if he doesn’t win this, he may never win another again.

Race 10 – No. 2  Carapaz

Returns from a spell. Unbeaten over the trip, winning both outings by 5 lengths or greater. Drawn favourably and stripes and if right, should take plenty of holding out.

Race 11 – No. 2  Chevy Nova

Makes her short course debut after bouncing back into winning form with an all the way 380m win from a similar draw last week. If she brings her early best to this trip, they’ll have a hard time getting near her.
