Race 1

RAVENOUS (10) will need a touch of luck but has a good turn of foot and this grade suits him to break through, will be charging home strongly. WESSY KID (5) is knocking on the door, would be very keen on him if he could lead. MOJITO HEAVEN (2) will be looking to hold a forward position and is racing soundly with DUNWERKEN (4) and TSUNAMI WAVE (7) could improve.

Suggested Bet: RAVENOUS (10) to win.

Race 2

ROSIES BETTOR (10) is a highly talented type on return, distance on return with the draw creates a touch of concern but she should be further improved this time in. BET IM HOT (3) looks a strong chance to lead and run a good race, fitter for the first up run and distance plays into her hands. HUDSON STREET (1) has a nice draw and has shown promise, respect from the draw. MAAS ATTACK (9) was solid in the most recent performance but won’t get the same map in this.

Tips: 10 3 1 9

Suggested Bet: BET IM HOT/ROSIES BETTOR to Quinella.

Race 3

FLOAT MY BOAT (9) suited in this grade and moving back to a middle distance will help him at this distance, has plenty of high speed and looks hard to hold out in this. IDONTWANABEAPIRATE (7) won well last time out and needs a touch of luck but appears to be leaders back in the run with stablemate DEE JAYS BIG BOY (8) to run after turning the corner in recent runs. LAZARUS STAR (6) faces a difficult draw but is second up and fitness improvement will only benefit off the return win. LETS ROCK TONIGHT (5) can run into the money with WORLD OF ROCK (1) who looks the likely leader.

Suggested Bet: FLOAT MY BOAT (9) to win.

Race 4

MAJOR MIKI WHITBY (10) returns and is well placed to make it a winning one, can watch things unfold before moving into it and looks hard to hold out, has strings to his bow. DRIVE LINE (2) is second up and could be an improver, looks the leader in this. BALINGUP BOY (4) will head forward and settle close to the speed, has hit a purple patch of form. SWEET IVY (6) was soundly held in a trial, has the ability but might be a watch and see with ULTIMATE ZIPPER (7), GET YA BETS ON (8) and YAWOMA (9) all to run on well.

Tips: 10 2 4 9

Suggested Bet: MAJOR MIKI WHITBY (10) to win.

Race 5

Race to the lead in this. SHECANPLAY (3) looks a big chance to ping across and lead and will be looking for cover. EYE BETTER (2) has been luckless in recent runs, major player if she can work to the top and same story for MISS VINCENZA (4) who is racing consistently and is a winning chance with a few scenarios that could fall her way. AMERICAN MONARCH (5) will be running on with BLOCKJORG (8), ICY COLD (9) and SHES A MARE (10).

Tips: 2 3 4 8

Suggested Bet: SHECANPLAY (3) each way.

Race 6

WRITE RITE RIGHT (9) was beaten on his merits last time out, suitable grade to bounce back to the winners list and looks hard to hold out. JACK CARROWACK (6) looks a strong chance to be in the money but faces a tougher draw to overcome. LYCA FANTASY (1) lacks a bit of early speed; her best is good enough but needs to lead for mine. MY SALINA (3) could ping across and has options from there. LUCK FROM ABOVE (7) is a chance to win with even luck, has the draw but just needs the gaps to appear, better run last start.

Tips: 9 6 7 3

Suggested Bet: LUCK FROM ABOVE (7) each way.

Race 7

JORDANO (2) is the leader in this race and the distance suits, will be looking to fend them off late but hasn’t been getting away from late in recent runs. SHES MY LITTLE GEM (1) has improved two of her last three runs and drawn to get the run of the race, will be dangerous late. BEALAWYER (8) is always an each way chance but has had a few chances recently. GLOBAL HERITAGE (10) needs some luck, but his consistency should see him run home well. MONTERIO (3) a novelty chance with RAMBO RABBIT (5).

Tips: 2 1 8 10

Suggested Bet: SHES MY LITTLE GEM (1) each way.

Race 8

ALLWOODS CHEVRON (3) will be looking for the top in this, was a winner four starts ago when leading throughout at Wagin against a similar lineup, hard to run down. SPINNER OF YARNS (9) was a good run after an early mistake last time out, will be threatening at some stage and can be put into the race. THE MERCENARY (5) could create some tempo off the back of a better run last start and has good early speed. IDEAL WHITBY (8) will be running on and looks a novelty chance with MY ULTIMATE KEVVIE (6) who returns and CRACKA TINNY (7) can be considered for the top 4.
