Race 1

ULTIMATE TESS (6) makes the stable change, but the rules still apply for her, if she trots, she is the one to beat and trialled up for Dean Chandler on Wednesday and got a tick for a decent run. GRAND MAJESTIC BELLS (12) is capable but has a lot of traffic around her, if she can keep her head on, she must be respected. LOTS OF CHANGE (10) is a consistent performer and both trainer and driver would’ve learnt more about him last time out. MRIYA DREAM (11) racing well but do prefer him off a front row, still a winning chance. THE BEAT (2) and ELISH STAR (4) novelty chances and YANKEE LOVER (5) a hard one to work out currently.

Suggested Bet: ULTIMATE TESS (6) to win.

Race 2

Not a lot of exposed form here. HEAVENLY BLISS (1) has the draw to lead but is finding it hard to get back to her better form, this grade suits and can try and fend them off. SHES ALL GO (6) didn’t have any luck last time out and can be driven assertively in this, will be in this strongly. VYBRANT (7) lacks early dash but it’s a race they won’t get home in lightning sectionals which will see her be able to overcome the wide draw, will be dangerous. LADY OF LEITH (3) could win if she could cross, has some early speed. SHES A DACTYL (2) was better last run and could be included in the novelties.

Tips: 6 7 1 8

Suggested Bet: SHES ALL GO (6) to win.

Race 3

OUR RICH CARGO (1) is hard to go past, she was beaten when leading and a short priced favourite two starts ago and luckless last time out, this looks a more suitable grade and think she can justify favouritism in this. PRINCE OF TRIBECA (6) was a good effort last time out after breezing in good time, he is capable and looks a strong top 3 contender. MISS UNEEK (2) drawn to be close enough to the speed and is racing consistently. DAWSON SHARD (3) racing well and likely to push the button off the arm and have a look, form has been consistent as of late, but this looks deeper than recent. LEEROY ROX (9) a novelty chance.

Suggested Bet: PRINCE OF TRIBECA (6) each way.

Race 4

AMERICAN TYPHOON (1) likes the lightning lap concept and is beautifully drawn with options, can either lead and be hard to beat or be leaders back and sprinting powerfully late, will go close. CIGANDA (6) profiles like a horse who would love this concept and think she is one to follow going forward in this, has a lot of high speed and can race close to them, danger. BLOCKJORG (3) has improved in recent runs and won’t be far away with ELLEOFAREACTOR (4) and SNAKEY BAY (8) who is ideally drawn.

Suggested Bet: AMERICAN TYPHOON (1) to win.

Race 5

Difficult race to work out. SPEED FORCE (1) has the speed to lead and hand to whoever he likes. SPORTING GRACE (2) good front running type but much better when over a mile and below, disappointing last run. AMERICAN MONARCH (5) needs some luck from a tricky draw but is capable. SWITCH BLADE (6) will charge the arm and is racing well, has found his best form. LUKE ATTACK (7) is another who prefers shorter and draw hurts. MISTER KOPA (8) drawn to get a soft run and could be dangerous at odds. IM SPIDERMAN (9) will settle close enough and this grade suits although his best work is on speed, he will run home. GOTA GOOD WARHOL (10) will run home strongly, he is consistent. AWAITINGINSTRUCTIONS (11) suited in this grade but isn’t currently at his best, could be an improver with ERA (12) who is second up. Have I confused you? This race gave me a headache and will suggest playing the value.

Suggested Bet: MISTER KOPA (8) to each way.

Race 6

STRAYLYA (1) will lead and be the one to beat here, did the work and had to share victory last week after being brave, looks the one to run down again. IDONTWANABEAPIRATE (8) was luckless last week and was something beaten, drawn to get the perfect run and will be dangerous late. SONIC SEELSTER (2) will run the gate and could attempt to open up that spot behind the pole marker and if he gets in there, he could be a threat late, was solid in defeat when burning early last week. HARRYS A ROCKSTAR (4) needs a touch of luck, but pace could suit and is a chance with MAJOR BUZZ (3) and STAPLETON (9) who returns.

Suggested Bet: STRAYLYA (1) to win.

Race 7

ICE COLD SAPPORO (1) is a good front running type and has the perfect draw to boot through and lead and will be hard to run down. GOODTIME LOUIS (5) and ATLANTIC GEM (7) both likely to head forward, the latter is a nippy beginner but is a first up so they might be a touch more conservative because of that. THE SWINDLER (8) has drawn to get a beautiful run and is a good on speed type who must be respected with this map. LENORA JANE (9) being one spot further back could advantage her; she had no luck last time out. FLYIN DISCO (6) trialled well but faces a tricky draw and he is first up. IDEAL MUSCLE (12) is highly talented but also returns first up, respect in this.

Suggested Bet: THE SWINDLER (8) each way.

Race 8

GOV STARZZZ (1) is a reins in the dust sheet type race here, he has the gate speed to lead and should just have them chasing throughout, looks very hard to run down. REDDY TO FLY (2) is ready to win, I feel like I say that every week, but he doesn’t have much luck and could get a good run here and be dangerous late. KARAOKE STAR (8) isn’t the quickest beginner and could end up three back in this, place chance. DAMAGE DONE (9) and GOGGINS (10) capable and will run on. BALTIC ACE (6) has an interesting lead with Emily Suvaljko driving ahead of the rest of the Tracy Reay army.

Suggested Bet: GOV STARZZZ (1) to win.

Race 9

BLAMEITONTHENIGHT (7) has put together a couple of solid performances and is a winner in the stand this season, think he could just lurk behind them and be dangerous late. THOMSON BAY (10) was just run off his legs last time out and looks a strong chance in this at the longer trip. BLUTO (11) must overcome a tough handicap, but his best is good enough. LUKES MISTAKE (5) could potentially lead but the bigger track worries me in this class. DEL BOCAVISTA BAY (8) will run home well, he is back to his better form. Novelty chances to I SEE FIRE (2), TOMMY PRICE (3) and MIKIPELO (6).
