Early speed sees her settle forward and has gone sub-30 at Cannington. Hard to beat now. Race 5 No. 2 Canya Mia Looking for her customary good step at box rise and she can go fast to find the arm here. Seems to race very well around here and she is hard to get past when she gets her own way in front. Runs the time and will give a sight if she hops out well like she usually does. Race 6 No. 2 Penny Magic, No. 7 Sunset Comanche and No. 8 Window Shopper The Paradise Street final and what a ripping contest here in the race named after one of the great WA stayers. The 2 is a super show here. Can lead or come from back and she is racing so well right now and boxed to get a good run. The 7 is revelling in this staying caper. Has dominated since stepping up and booming home with a big middle and last section. Already looking for further, a clear run sees him very hard to hold out. The 8 is the best smokie here. He can punch up out wide and find a spot and he’s running through the line well over this trip. Good heat effort when making late ground after no early luck and he can stun here on the EW. 2-7-8 in this year’s Paradise Street final Race 7 No. 8 Carter Axelrod and No. 2 Pudding Monelli The 8 drops back in trip here and that will suit him much better. He could sweep around early and there will be no getting tired here. If he finds the top at all that will be it. The 2 will again run on late. Still arguably not wanting to win but he does go well at this track and will find the line again strongly. Top two threat. Race 8 No. 3 Lip Tricks Looks a race in two but the 3 is very capable of winning this. Make a fast run mid-race and sustains it strongly over this trip so only has to be remotely close and she can run over these. The 8 hard to catch and they look to have it between them. Race 9 No. 2 Timon Lane This is his race even though he’s better off boxed wide. Been getting back a bit but should be able stay within striking range and be very strong in the run home again to put these away. No excuses this time.
