Harry Buchanan’s Saturday Greyhound Best Bets Posted on June 1, 2024June 1, 2024 | Posted by TABtouch MANDURAH Race 2 No. 8 Go Seek Francene Comes out of the WA Oaks and was ok while possibly a bit disappointing from where she landed. Yet to fire here in 2 starts but she is racing better than last time she was around this circuit and box is ok. Will be strong late. Race 3 No. 6 My Anarchy Boy and No. 5 Daddy’s Girl The 6 excels around this circuit and has won 6 from 7 track and trip. Handles all boxes and very hard to stop in this with any clear running at all. The 5 also goes well here albeit over the 400m but she is racing much better now and this trip will be spot on. Can come from anywhere in the run and will be threatening if she offsets the box. Race 4 No. 2 Canya Mia and No. 1 Disco Daisy The 2 was superb last time for her new trainer and she arguably goes even better at this circuit. Has good early burn and steps well and will take catching. She will have to get around the 1 who is boxed to lead as well and the tussle early will be competitive. The 1 is hard to catch when she leads and is racing her best at the moment. Race 5 No. 1 Hinto and No. 8 Vaucluse Bale The 1 is a clear indication of the old adage, winners win. That’s what he does and he does it from anywhere. Just the consummate competitor. Wins again with any luck. The 8 will be a good roughie and has some superb VIC form. Disappointing first up but he’s better than that and can improve dramatically here. Race 6 No. 1 Flying Freda Will spear out off the red and look to take up the running. Her last few have been below her brilliant best but she will get every possible chance to find the top and the trip will be perfect now. Can stay and hard to mow down if she gets away. Race 7 No. 6 Skye Monelli and No. 4 Acing Kuna The 6 was slightly disappointing last time at Cannington when seemingly having her chance. Goes well here and has literal panels on this lot even though she can take her time to wind up. The small field will suit and needs to get mobile early. The 4 spends more time climbing on dogs than going around them and she will also appreciate the trip and small field. If she can stay away from her opponents she can threaten as well. Race 8 No. 4 Bergelmir and No. 7 Spider Venom We find out if the 4 really does like this track tonight as he should be getting it done here. Box is fine and will get to the fence soon enough and can run the time to get it done. The 7 is a smokie show and while his best work is at Cannington, the distance is suitable here and could run home well to figure at odds. Race 9 No. 4 Brain Teaser Great box dog who will look to lead these again and the key is holding the arm to the first turn. If she is not challenged prior to them hitting the turn she will go all the way from there. Lifts strongly late now and can lead throughout. THE MEADOWS Race 2 No. 1 Kiptum Race 4 No. 1 American Queen Race 5 No. 1 Whodat Shanlyn and No. 4 Mighty Quinn Race 6 No. 2 Minter Frost and No. 3 Container Race 7 No. 7 Vincent Bale Race 8 No. 3 Magic Muffin and No. 8 Smooth Plane Race 9 No. 8 Gary Stun On Race 10 No. 2 Piccolo Bale Race 11 No. 3 Orli Bale WENTWORTH PARK Race 5 No. 2 Cumbria Mal Race 10 No. 5 Gets Late Early and No. 6 Leg Speed Race 11 No. 4 No. 4 Ritza Smoke Market Market
