Harry Buchanan’s Saturday Greyhound Best Bets Posted on April 20, 2024April 20, 2024 | Posted by TABtouch CANNINGTON Race 2 No. 3 Zinc and No. 6 Coco Shimmer The 3 is boxed to go close here. Good effort last week and just needs to stay close. The 6 will come on from mid field and there could be trouble here which she will capitalise on. EW for her too. Race 3 No. 1 Argyle Queen and No. 6 West On Nugget The Miata final. The 1 looks to hold up early here and lead. It’s her best and only chance but hard to run down if she does. The 6 the best stayer in the race with a tricky draw. If he offsets that he wins and he can. Race 4 No. 7 Pepper Grinder and No. 6 Lady Dior The 7 scored well last week and continues to run home hard. Will go close again if she steps ok. The 6 is all but out of chances. The step up the only reason she is getting one here. Must produce or no more. Race 5 No. 5 Carlecatup and No. 6 Jumpin’ Jules The 5 back to this short trip and she will try and lead these. Won’t be caught if she does. The 6 will also get a nice cart over and while she needs longer, she could surprise. Race 6 No. 5 Butter Me Up Another who needs to lean to win but she is a sharp box dog and that gives are a chance. Has a small flat spot but can get through that and figure here. Race 7 No. 1 Agent Eleven and No. 6 Kingshott The 1 deserves a breakthrough win and she’s boxed to do just that. Racing better than ever against good dogs and gets her chance now. The 6 is the best smokie of the night. Racing well at Mandurah and goes just as well here. EW for him. Race 8 No. 3 Speedy Willow and No. 4 Shian Pedro Looking for the 3 to find the arm in this. That’s her best and only chance but she’s hard to catch when she gets it. A regulation spec on the 4 because he has serious talent. He also has a lot going on up top so spec only. Race 9 No. 1 Spider Venom The best EW bet anywhere tonight alongside Black Tsunami at Wenty. Be very disappointed if he doesn’t win and stunned if he misses a place. Race 10 No. 8 Disco Trixie If she doesn’t win this or go close, you have to wonder if she ever wins another race. Not an excuse in the world against these. As steady as it gets outside Speed Freak who isn’t going well. Last chance. Race 11 No. 7 Canya Mia and No. 4 Andre Bale The 7 was something beaten at Mandurah. Almost led when taken off the track by a wayward dog. She can lead these and stick on to hit the frame. The 4 will go well if hers into this quickly. Strong and starting to put it together in WA. Race 12 No. 2 Hippy Trail and No. 8 Sandy Basa The 2 might surprise here. Well boxed though boxes don’t really matter with her. She is going better than it looks and will run in hard. The 8 could lead here and that’s would be it. Racing ok and small field suits. The red is gross unders. Can win but nowhere near over the line here. WENTWORTH PARK Easter Egg Finals night. Race 4 No. 5 Cumbria Mal and No. 6 Cumbria Kid Race 5 No. 4 Canya Amy and No. 5 Palawa King Race 6 No. 4 Leg Speed and No. 8 Cawbourne Apollo Race 7 No. 1 Black Tsunami and No. 7 One Hot Bandit Race 8 No. 6 All Natural and No. 8 Marvel Zombie Race 10 No. 1 Kangaroo Jack and No. 8 August Bob Race 11 No. 2 Cumbria Days THE MEADOWS Race 2 No. 4 Upon Bale Race 4 No. 3 Cabao Lapis and No. 1 Cabao Jasper Race 5 No. 6 Mighty Quinn Race 7 No. 1 Ethanol Water and No. 7 Orli Bale Race 8 No. 6 Magic Muffin and No. 8 Swindled Market Market
