Harry Buchanan’s Monday Greyhound Best Bets Posted on June 17, 2024June 17, 2024 | Posted by TABtouch NORTHAM Race 2 No. 4 All About Opal Airborne presently and this presents as no harder than what she has put away easily her last couple. Stepping fast and showing good dash, that’s how she will roll here and therefore very hard to catch again. Looks the one unless she misses the kick. Race 3 No. 3 Yunderup Sun Getting better with racing and placed his last couple here. Looks set to go well again and he handles this track and trip well. Can get up there early and he sticks on. EW threat at the very least. Race 4 No. 8 Fabs Max Potato Showed his best last week when quickly working into a striking spot through the first turn to then dominate in the run home in good time to score. Moves to the outside here but that won’t matter as he won’t challenge early here but he will stalk them like a bear in a salmon stream and he will get into his work quickly again to be hard to stop form the top two spot. Race 6 No. 3 Horoscope Sharp little box dog who enjoys her racing here. Went ok over the 500 but she is a much better short courser and went within a quicker of scoring last week. Will spear again and is awfully hard to hold out with clear running. Huge show. Race 7 No. 1 Lenny Coaster Good effort last week from her when making late ground in the run home from the outside box. That’s unlike her so the move to box 1 a plus here and she is known for her early toe and leading. Stuck on well so a better step off her preferred draw will see her go close in this very limited affair. It’s just doesn’t come any easier. Race 8 No. 5 Marlin Monelli While this fav is absolutely gifted this race at the grade and should walk in, this bloke can hit the frame and run a place. Former gun youngster who won his first 5 starts before losing his way and having a decent spell. Two runs back have been big and he’s ready to again shake this for a place at least. Race 9 No. 1 All About Garnet and No. 2 Wise Koonac Another race where there are no stars and all are very limited in ability. The 1 gets no better opportunity than this and if she can’t win this, she will need some luck going forward because she won’t find an easier race. Same applies to the 2 who might find the arm here. She went through the series won by Examiner and went ok for her. Examiner would be $1.10 in this. 30.10 will get away with this and that’s why these two could hold up early and lead to get their chance. Race 10 No. 7 Lady Sherwood and No. 8 Aussie Primrose The 7 is the best dog in this race. Last 3 runes here superb and she just needs to find a clear run early to be in a striking spot. Very hard to hold out in this. The 8 will again spear up out wide and when she leads, she is surprisingly hard to catch even though she doesn’t run time. Could sneak away here and give a sight at odds if she crosses quickly. Race 11 No. 6 Super Charge and No. Carrie Heffernan Absolutely brutal viewing for backers of the 6 last week when he was climbing all over them late unable to get through. Can be tardy early over this trip but hard to hold out once wound up and clear. Place heavy bird in this. The 5 will go fast and try and lead and that’s where she does her best work. Looks to get very hope to find the arm here and handles the circuit well. Major show. Race 12 No. 8 Greek Odyssey Perfectly boxed, yet to miss a place from 6 starts track and trip and looks to again be the measuring stick here. Can be moderate away but she stays wide and goes fast and sustains a solid run home. Box gives her every possible hope in this and she shouldn’t be missing the frame. Market Market
