MANDURAH

Race 4 No. 3 Taming The Tiger and No. 4 Aussie Primrose

The 3 drops back in trip but she is a good beginner with early speed and if she leads this it’s surely over. As does the 4 who is an under rated box dog and has won track and trip before. Could spear out here and be hard to catch.

Race 5 No. 2 Stylish In Black and No. 6 Frantic Phyllis

Open race. The 2 is a sneaky chance here off a good draw and she excels off inside boxes. Was good behind Bezzecchi last week and will land closer here. The 6 is a smokies hope and while she might need it slightly easier, she could run into this without surprising. Will be a price and look for her late.

Race 7 No. 3 Apache Havoc

Gets an all time map which usually doesn’t matter with his box manners. Should accelerate to the front quickly and will go his low 22 to take all sorts of catching on the arm. Gets all the room here and no excuses.

Race 8 No. 5 Bezzechi and No. 2 Lip Tricks

Nambeelup Cup final and a good race. The 5 is the future of WA sprinting. Was barnstorming in his heat and he’s still learning what it’s all about. If they let him run, they might as well put the welcome mat out to the podium. Proper trainer, proper weapon. Hard to beat if he offsets the middle draw quickly. The 2 gets a super map on the fence here. Smokes the pipe up the back waiting for the inevitable shift off and will sustain a strong run home. Place heavy play for her as she has a lot of ability.

Race 9 No. 1 Fred Flint

Boxed to go fast here but he does need this fav to miss the start. If he does, he could step on to the arm and lead these and then it’s a matter of where the 2 is. Box rise critical here but he’s a hope if he nails it and he can.
