Trent’s Gloucester Park Preview Posted on November 3, 2016November 7, 2016 | Posted by Trent Cooper Trent Cooper’s Preview Race 1: WESTRAL ROLLER BLINDS MS PACE ATLASTALONE (9) has been racing well in stronger company, with placings behind Shardons Rocket at two of his last three starts. He is drawn poorly but has a touch of class compared to most of these and can run a big race. LIMESTONE BAY (4) was a very good 2nd last start and must be considered on that effort. KINDA BLACK (7) was a strong 2nd in Kalgoorlie last start and is up to the rise in class. HEEZ ABOUT TO ROCK (10) had a tough run when down the track on Monday but can improve here. Tips: 9 4 7 10 Suggested Bet: ATLASTALONE (9) to win. Race 2: WESTRAL SECURITY DOORS & SCREENS MS PACE THE REVOLUTION (1) hasn’t won in 11 starts but has been placed at six of his past eight and gets his chance to break back into the winners’ circle here. He was a good 3rd to Dodolicious last week and looks the leader tonight. SUPERIMPOSED (4) has been disappointing at his last two but has the ability to be competitive if he produces his best. THE STORM CHIEF (7) will be running on again but probably needs a strong tempo. FRANCO JOAQUIN (2) is racing fairly and looks a place chance from the draw. Tips: 1 4 7 2 Suggested Bet: THE REVOLUTION (1) to win. Race 3: THE KERSLEY QUALIFYING HEAT 1 RISK (2) is the class runner of the field and looks very hard to beat from this draw. He has been placed from wide barriers in stronger fields at his last two and will appreciate the better barrier tonight. COMMANDER CHAPEL (6) was an excellent 2nd to Shardons Rocket last start and is suited by the small field. BRAEVIEW BOMBER (3) has gone to a new level recently and should be thereabouts from the draw. TUAPEKA KAHU (1) may want to lead but will be a good place chance if he takes a sit in the early stages. Tips: 2 6 3 1 Suggested Bet: RISK (2) to win. Race 4: WESTRAL TIMBER SHUTTERS MS PACE MY SAMANTHA JANE (2) found the front but was pressured throughout and did well to battle on to finish 3rd to Znana. This field is no stronger and she will be hard to beat if she can find the top again. BRONZE SEEKER (9) has been racing against stronger company and will appreciate the drop in class tonight. FOUR LEGGED FRENZY (3) has been placed at her last seven and shouldn’t be far away again. MAX MERIDIUS (10) has run nice thirds at his last two starts and will be running on if he gets luck from this draw. Tips: 2 9 3 10 Suggested Bet: MY SAMANTHA JANE (2) to win. Race 5: WESTRAL QUALITY DESIGNED TO LAST FILLIES AND MARES MS PACE SHEER ROCKNROLL (3) has won seven of her last eight and looks the one to beat again. She kicked through at the start and then was able to lead all the way last week but can come from behind if she doesn’t find the top. FOXY DAME (1) sat on Dodolicious and chased home that mare last week. She could elect to adopt similar tactics tonight or hold the front and looks the main danger. GIULIANA RANCIC (5) and MARY CATHERINE (9) aren’t well drawn but both have ability when they put it all together. Tips: 3 1 5 9 Suggested Bet: FOXY DAME (1) each way. Race 6: WESTRAL WA OWNED AND OPERATED MS PACE VANQUISHED (9) has won eight of his 17 race starts, including an all the way in stronger company last start. He is drawn poorly tonight but this is a drop in class and he is the one to beat. ALL THE TORQUE (5) faced the breeze when a strong 2nd last start and is a good chance to find the front tonight. ELISEOS FALCON (7) has been racing in significantly better fields, including a 3rd to Chicago Bull three runs back and can play a part. ARRIENS (8) was a good last start winner but isn’t as well drawn tonight. Tips: 9 5 7 8 Suggested Bet: VANQUISHED (9) to win. Race 7: WESTRAL RHAPSODY VENETIANS MS PACE LIBERTYBELLE MIDFREW (3) has made the most of the pole draw at her last three starts to lead throughout in slick time. She may have to do a bit more work tonight but still appeals as the one to beat. RUN ONEOVER (5) was an excellent 2nd to LIBERTYBELLE MIDFREW (3) last start and could get his chance to turn the tables. HEEZ ON FIRE (4) has been hitting the line hard and will be suited if there is a strong early tempo. WAYLADE (11) looks to be returning to his best and will win one of these races soon. Tips: 3 5 4 11 Suggested Bet: LIBERTYBELLE MIDFREW (3) to win. Race 8: WESTRAL PLANTATION TIMBER SHUTTERS MS PACE RYCROFT (2) has won two of his last four starts and is very hard to beat when he leads. He couldn’t make up ground in a fast last half last week but is drawn to improve tonight. TWOANDAHALF TIGERS (4) has only missed a place once in his 17 Australian starts and will make his presence felt at his first run back from a spell. OUR REGAL IDEAL (5) was a dominant winner in a weaker field last start and should be respected. GLOW BRIGHT (3) has been racing well in stands and should get a nice run from this draw. Tips: 2 4 5 3 Suggested Bet: RYCROFT (2) to win. SuperPick - Race 8 No. 2 RYCROFT - Money Back – Run 2nd Race 9: WESTRAL SECURITY FILM & WINDOW TINT MS PACE DRIVEN (1) has been racing fairly, including a placing in a similar field from this barrier two starts back. He can probably hold up and should give a sight in this moderate affair. JUSTLIKELINDT (5) was a good 3rd here last week after leading up the three-wide train and a similar performance should see him in the finish. A BIT RUTHLESS (7) is better known as a standing start conveyance but will appreciate the drop in class. BUSH CHOOK (2) did well to hang on for 4th in superior company on Monday and should be thereabouts from the draw. Tips: 1 5 7 2 Suggested Bet: DRIVEN (1) to win. Race 10: WWW.WESTRAL.COM.AU WESTBRED MS PACE NEW WORLD ORDER (7) has won six of his 11 race starts and most of those have been in stronger company than he meets tonight. He resumed from a spell with a solid win at Northam and he is clearly the one to beat. THEREUGO (8) is one-dimensional at this stage of his career but he flies the gate and will give them something to catch if he crosses without doing too much work. MY PAPA BEAR (1) and TRUSTYTREV (2) have both been racing consistently and are drawn to be in the money. Tips: 7 8 1 2 Suggested Bet: NEW WORLD ORDER (7) to win. Bet Now
