Trent’s Gloucester Park Preview Posted on March 16, 2017March 16, 2017 | Posted by Trent Cooper Trent Cooper’s Preview Race 1: ALLTOOLS – WA`S BEST RANGE OF TOOLS MS PACE IM LISART (2) led throughout to beat New World Order two starts back before running a solid 3rd here last week. He is perfectly drawn and will be hard to beat if he finds the top. QUESTIONABLE GESTURE (5) has been placed at his past nine starts in similar company including a close 3rd to FOXY DAME (9) at his latest run and will be right in the finish again. FOXY DAME (9) has the best form in the race but has a wide draw to overcome. IM SIMPLY RED (11) has been racing well in lesser company and can be competitive. Tips: 2 5 9 11 Suggested Bet: IM LISART (2) to win. Race 2: ALLTOOLS – THE NAME SAYS IT ALL WESTBRED QUALIFYING HEAT 3 MS PACE ALFS ODYSSEY (6) has won two of his three starts this campaign and suffered a flat tyre when fancied in the other. He is drawn inside his two main rivals and should give a great sight. EL HOMBRE (7) was a strong 4th to Foxy Dame in solid time last start after facing the breeze and should make his presence felt here. DEBT FREE CHARLIE (8) did all of the work and was too good in a 1.55.4 win here last start and holds form once he finds it. STRAITTOTHEBAR (1) looks a place chance from the pole. Tips: 6 7 8 1 Suggested Bet: ALFS ODYSSEY (6) to win. Race 3: ALLTOOLS ONLINE STORE THE CLARKE QUALIFYING HEAT 2 MS PACE GALACTIC STAR (12) has won 13 of his 26 starts and was very impressive in facing the breeze and recording a 1.53.1 victory at Bunbury last start. He will have to circle the field from his back row draw but is the class runner. GAZ WANNABET (2) hasn’t had much luck at his last three but could find the front here and would be hard to catch. TWOANDAHALF TIGERS (3) is always thereabouts and should be again from his nice draw. SKY ART (4) has a great turn of foot if he can get early cover and comes with a late run. Tips: 12 2 3 4 Suggested Bet: GALACTIC STAR (12) to win. Race 4: ALLTOOLS.COM.AU MS PACE SHEER ROCKNROLL (8) has won seven of her last 10 starts, including a dominant first up win here last week when she ran on from midfield. She takes on the boys here but should be fitter and will give a great sight. SUPERIMPOSED (10) has led throughout for impressive wins at his last two starts and can play a part despite his back line draw. THE STORM CHIEF (1) is racing consistently and did lead throughout last time he found the front. PERSISTENT THREAT (7) was beaten in 1.53.1 last start but isn’t as well drawn tonight. Tips: 8 10 1 7 Suggested Bet: SHEER ROCKNROLL (8) to win. Race 5: MILWAUKEE 18V FUEL HEAVY DUTY WA DERBY PRELUDE MS PACE MITCH MAGUIRE (2) has won 10 of his 16 starts, including a stunning victory at Pinjarra when he blew the stand and still ran over the top of them in good time. He is perfectly drawn and is clearly the one to beat. HERRICK ROOSEVELT (3) created a big impression in winning his only two race starts and warmed up for this with a 66 metre 1.56.8 trial win at Byford so must be respected. IM ROCKARIA (7) had all the favours but was impressive in beating ROCK DIAMONDS (5) at Bunbury and both can play a part here. Tips: 2 3 7 5 Suggested Bet: MITCH MAGUIRE (2) to win. Race 6: MILWAUKEE 18VOLT ONE KEY TOOLS MS PACE BETTOR OFFER (2) led throughout to beat a similar field three starts back before disappointing at his last two from the one wide line. He looks a great chance to find the top tonight and would be hard to catch. FRANCO RAYNER (11) has used his blistering gate speed to win three of his last four but should still be considered despite the back line draw. RED SALUTE (7) was very impressive in berating a similar field last start and must be respected. BRONZE SEEKER (9) has been racing in stronger company and will be charging home. Tips: 2 11 7 9 Suggested Bet: BETTOR OFFER (2) to win. Race 7: ALLTOOLS 4YO & 5YO CHAMPIONSHIP KIWI LEGEND (3) was a strong winner from the breeze two starts back before putting up a great effort when breezing again and running a close 2nd to Talktomeurmattjesty in quick time. He will have a shot for the front tonight and will be hard to catch if he finds the pegs quickly. IM FULL OF EXCUSES (7) is the proven horse in this company and was a dominant winner of the Pinjarra Cup last start and is the one to beat. IDEAL TYSON (1) is lightly assessed but is a chance from the pole. RISK (4) was a good first up 2nd and is definitely up to this class. Tips: 3 7 1 4 Suggested Bet: KIWI LEGEND (3) to win. Race 8: ALLTOOLS GIFT VOUCHERS MS PACE WALKABOUT CREEK (1) has drawn poorly in all of his WA runs and performed credibly. He gets the pole tonight and this looks his chance to break through. The start will be all important as ALL THE TORQUE (2) has good gate speed and will be hard to beat if it finds the top quickly. CALAIS (3) is racing fairly and shouldn’t be far away in the run from his nice draw. COGEDAY (10) has a nice trailing draw and can be in the money. Tips: 1 2 3 10 Suggested Bet: WALKABOUT CREEK (1) to win. Race 9: ALLTOOLS SIDCHROME SPECIALS MS PACE AUSSIE DELIGHT (5) resumed from a long spell with a solid 3rd to New World Order. He should be fitter for that run and this represents a drop in class. TOMMY BE GOOD (10) hasn’t been seen since an impressive first up win four weeks ago but must be respected on that effort. EASTWOOD FACTOR (11) is racing consistently and will be running on again if there is a reasonable tempo. TOMMY SMITH (3) was very disappointing last week but is good enough to win this if near his best. Tips: 5 10 1 3 Suggested Bet: AUSSIE DELIGHT (5) to win. Race 10: ALLTOOLS MS PACE RACEY AMERICAN (1) has won two of her last four, including an all the way three starts back. She has the speed to lead if desired and is the one to beat. Her stablemate, ITS MY LUCKNOW (2), is racing well and looks the main danger from her favourable draw. ROCKNROLL WHITBY (8) disappointed badly when fancied at his last start but has trialled nicely since. CYCLONEDOMIC (10) looks a place hope from his nice trailing draw. Tips: 1 2 8 10 Suggested Bet: RACEY AMERICAN (1) to win. SuperPick - Race 10 No. 1 RACEY AMERICAN - Money Back – Run 2nd Bet Now
