Two key chances, hard to split. BULL RUN loomed and died on his run at Seymour, KINGS ANCHOR appears most suited rising in distance, LAKES ENTRANCE offers some value in the race, ready to win and peak fitness. BAROSSA VALLEY has place claims, write your own ticket the rest.

RACE 2

Love what DYNAMITE DANCER has been doing and can win first-up and possibly improve for the new stable. A sound jumpout on the synthetic ready for this. Clear horse to beat. AUDIO POP CAM is a threat for the local trainers Team McEvoy, another having jumped out well to return. NIGHTIME STAR is up and going and fit, slow start costly last start. Needs to jump better this time. ALOISI also in the mix.

RACE 3

Betting guide would suggest THINKYAHOT just wins for the Moody & Coleman camp now third-up and hard to beat. Team McEvoy LIFT NET jumping from a wide gate made a good debut at Pakenham, resumes gelded and can improve sharply after a recent Werribee jumpout. ALPHABET needs to lift but does shades on to improve, debutant FRENCH ACCORD could surprise.

RACE 4

Keen COMIC HERO, drawn low, looks to get terms to suit bowling along out in front and hardest to beat. ULTRA BLUE will be trailing the speed from the inside. Hard to see any other threats, BUCKS NIGHT will be doing best work late breaking through here last start, lightly race with more upside. Local PRINCEOFNOTTINGHAM always a chance on the home track.

RACE 5

Open race, switching states is ELEGANT FORCE and ran ok on Victorian debut for the new stable. Wary of the debutant TUBBS LEGACY for the Matt Cumani stable, a filly by Grunt, no jumpouts on the synthetic so watch any market moves. DEMPSEY should lead but has drawn out and will cop pressure. ALL THE MOVES good fresh on this track and should be in the mix.

RACE 6

MALE MODEL worked to the line well at Sandown, home late to place third behind Ultra Blue in a leader dominated race. He should be at his peak now third-up and looks a good chance. MISS MAHJONG fly’s on this surface, has had two wins at the track. SAVVIE BLANC if it jumps well deserves respect, comes back in trip to 1400m, and some hope. SHOOTER MCGAVIN should lead or sit OSL and in the mix.

RACE 7

Key form reference that EMPEROR TZU and SOLDER BOI and both have winning claims. KAWA loves this circuit and may look to lead, SUNSETS has obvious class but best may be behind him, firmer track suits, could settle closer if they use intent. URBAN OUTLOOK 2nd up dropping in grade can improve also.

RACE 8

Supreme placement for WOLF TWENTY ONE out of a strong race for a hot stable, best efforts on a firm track and the poly suits. EL PIBE DE ORO races well here but gets back in the field, should be charging at the line late. Local BODY OF VENUS also in the mix. CUMBOOGLE won his only synthetic track start to date and goes forward.
