RACE 1 No. 3 Eminent

Promising galloper who came into this preparation a gelding and so far that gear change appears to have had the desired effect. Narrowly beaten by the smart Amanaat (since won twice in town) at Ipswich first up before returning to the same track last start when bolting away to score. Not raced for 4 weeks however he did win an open company trial at the Sunshine Coast recently in easy fashion. Appeals each-way.

RACE 7 No. 3 Pierata

Pierro colt from the Greg Hickman yard at Warwick Farm who couldn’t have been any more impressive winning here a fortnight back at his first run since June. Parked just off the lead he put in a sizzling dash down the straight to overhaul the leaders 100m out, he then put almost 3 lengths on them in the run to the line. Drawn to stalk once again looks the winner.

RACE 8 No. 7 Snoopy

Far from a punters favourite however his run here in the George Moore a fortnight back suggested he’s very happy with his new surroundings in the Chris Munce yard. He really hit the line hard on that occasion after being held up until the 200m mark, taking a little time to wind up he charged late to just miss. Fitter, drawn perfectly & up to 1350m tomorrow looks ideal.
