Race 4 No.2 Pepper Grinder (Place)

Get back run on type who has consistently been hitting the frame with her last 8 starts resulting in 5 placings and 2 fourths. Again maps to sit midfield and run home hard late. A great roving banker option.

Race 6 No.1 Nangar Bubbles

Speedy beginner who should hold the lead here and all 3 of her runs in WA have been solid with a win in 30.03 and two runner up efforts in 29.93 and 29.90. Carter Axlerod will be coming home hard late and looms as the Quinella play with the red.

Race 8 No.3 Bunji Man

Is racing in grand style at the moment with his last 5 starts yielding 3 wins and 2 placings including two hot wins in 29.94 and 29.83. Has the luxury of a vacant box on his outside and with his customary safe getaway should be on speed and very hard to beat.

Race 11 No.5 After Show & 4-5 Quinella

After Show has been in cracking form with 7 wins and 2 placings from her last 10 starts including a last start 21.62 victory. Is generally a dynamite beginner and with that getaway in play here will be very hard to run down. Ultimate Command in box 4 is the clear threat and will be strong in the back half of this event – they look the Quinella.

Wonderful old campaigner who will relish the drop back to veterans grade here. Three starts ago when he last went around in this company he was a nice winner over the 425 metres at Bendigo.
