She has won 9 of her 58 starts but from box one 10 attempts for 4 wins and 5 placings. Unplaced at her last 3 starts but far from disgraced and they were in tougher races from less suitable box draws. Last time she had this box in this grade was 5 starts ago when she was a comfortable 17.37 winner. Another dog right back in grade is number 6 On The Bogan and while he is not the most brilliant beginner can really hit the line over this trip – looms as the danger with a safe start. Race 5 No.1 Fortified Mack (1&7 Quinella) Versatile chaser who drops back to the 509 metres here after recent runs over 520 metres, 600 metres and 715 metres. Has run in to some high quality opposition in those events and while this is a handy lineup it is a significant drop in class. Has had 2 starts here over the 509 metres and been successful in both running slick times 29.65 and 29.33. Moment To Hussle in box 2 will want to head over to the rail early – as long as they don’t tangle too much Mack will get a good look at them in the second half of the race. Kanji Giant in box 7 will get back and charge home and looks a strong chance of hitting the frame. Race 8 No.3 Navy Blue Buzz Ultra consistent type who is racing well with his last 5 starts yielding 2 wins and 3 placings. Was a stunning 29.58 winner here 5 starts back in this same grade of race and something like that here would see him very hard to hold out. Will be monstering late. Race 10 No.1 Toolong Tiger Veteran chaser who has an impressive record here over the 509 metres where he has had 20 starts for 5 wins and 5 placings. Has a couple of recent wins here in 29.71 and 29.88 and those efforts match up very nicely against this opposition. Yet to win off the red but has won 13 races from boxes 2 3 and 4 and he looks very well placed in this event. Race 11 No.9 Honey Keeping (2&9 Quinella) Drops back to a Grade 4/5 after winning the Free For All last week over 297 metres in 17.27 seconds. Has the luxury of drawing box one here and she has drawn the red 4 times in her life and won all of them. The win would have been great for her confidence and if she steps like she did last week can hold the rail and lead throughout. Raven Classified in box two has recent wins in easier events in 17.18 and 17.22 and if she runs that time here will take a power of beating. 2&9 look a great one two play. Market Market
