Race 1

PRINCESS ZELDA has put the writing on the wall at two runs back this preparation. If they can make ground she should prove too strong. SECONDA VITA ran well on debut. AMAYA trialed excellently and has the Wizard aboard. VISION UP to improve with shades on.

Race 2

COULEUR BIZARRE is as honest as they come and should take up a prominent position in running. FRIARESQUE has thrown away two races in a row. JACKPOT PRINCE was eye catching first-up. GUNNAGO is a query at the trip but consistent.

Race 3

SCOONER is yet to win in WA but both of his runs this preparation have suggested that when stepping up to a staying trip he would be hard to hold out. CAPPO D’ORO is a frustrating to follow but he is a talent. AT THE READY went well at his return. PRYING TOM should get every favour from the alley.

RETOSONA is ultra consistent and should find the front in a very evenly graded affair. VEXILLOID was encouraging at her return to the races. PADDY’S SHADOW is undefeated and hard to knock. HOODLUM THUNDER looks like a stayer in the making.

WESTERN TEMPLE resumes for a new stable. His 3 year old form was sensational and he can should prove hard to beat fresh. OLIVER’S TRAVELS was super last week and will win a lot more races. SETTLER’S CREEK always bobs up in races like this. CLASSICAL PRINCE was strong in the Mandurah Cup.

Race 6

FRATERNIZE was coming off a long break when looking the winner and just peaking late. With a fitness improvement goes very close. A KNIGHT OF PRO was never in the race first-up. He is talented and looks the danger. DIA DE LA RAZA is improving at each run. SIXPENCE SPENT is hard to catch but there abouts.

CUANZO drops back in grade and is drawn a gate to track up three deep with cover. This is the most winnable race he has seen in a while. STAR GLITTER rarely runs a bad race and will pinch another soon. ROYAL MISSILE gets back and runs on. MARCHAND capable of being there at odds.

Race 8

RUSSIAN RIVER grows a leg with Glenn Smith in the saddle and his recent form is easily good enough to win this race. SWIFT PLATINUM can lead on his ear and if he gets it cheap will be hard to catch. CHECKERS comes from a strong form race. SANDALWOOD gets back and runs on.
