RACE 1

ROGANELLA was terrific on debut where he was touched off by a subsequent Saturday winner. He should eat the 1400m and break his maiden tag. AKHERON led and won well on debut. He appears the danger. MASSAGI can improve with Pike going on. TEACHER’S PET should appreciate the 1400m.

RACE 2

KARLAKEE MISS drops in class and trip and she should take a stack of beating. KICK IT TO ME resumes on the back of a very impressive trial win and looks the clear danger. DIA DE LA RAZA and FAIR NIKITA next best.

Suggested Bet – KARLAKEE MISS AND KICK IT TO ME

RACE 3

This looks close to a match race between LOCKROY and DISCO METAL. Leaning towards LOCKROY off his terrific trial win. BREGENZ can find the front and looks a strong place hope. MOLLY TWO HUNDRED gives a sight on the speed.

RACE 4

ELSA’S TRIBE was touched off by a subsequent city winner, Time To Hunt, at York. If he repeats that effort he should win. QUEEN BEY made good ground on debut and should appreciate the rise in trip. SHADOW BOXER has shown a bit in the trials. DIME A DECOY has place claims.

RACE 5

SHOW HONEY looks the best of the day. She resumes from a spell with the benefit of a nice trial win and this is the weakest race she has contested. She should be too classy. IT’S A CHANCE found the line strongly first-up last week. VASAC OF SATAB has place claims from a good draw. AUDITION TIME just missed at Kalgoorlie.

KIMBO’S GIRL should find the front and be able to dictate terms. With the blinkers going on expecting she will be hard to get past. SOUTHERN TERN got too far back at Albany. His prior win at York was strong. EVERASREADY was a narrow winner at his local debut. Pike retains the ride. MADELAINE ROYALE put in a shocker first-up. She is better than that and can improve sharply.

Suggested Bet – KIMBO’S GIRL WIN

RACE 7

DANCE MASTER drops sharply in class and Pike takes the ride. He’s the one to beat despite the 60kg impost. ROSEWOOD HILL is bursting to win another race. MIDNIGHT BANQUET can lead and give a bold sight. SKIP TRACER next best.

RACE 8

The late riding change with Aaron Mitchell taking over on MOONSEARCH has swayed me his way. He was enormous in defeat last start and this looks no harder. GEIGER GEM backs up from a strong win last week and has drawn to lead or camp. NOT AGAIN KEN backs up from Saturday. If he could reproduce his effort at Pinjarra from two starts back he goes very close. VICTORIOUS LAD has claims if he begin well and race handy to the speed.
