Race 1

ROSIES BETTOR (7) should dominate, second up and finds a suitable grade but will be very short in the market, therefore we need to find value, she looks the winner. HIGHVIEW ROZI (4) comes in fresh but was a good effort when on speed in metro company last time out, suitable grade and should run well. FREEMANS GIRL (3) could be an improver from a better draw. TSUNAMI WAVE (6) on the improve but won’t get the luxury of leading in this.

Suggested Bet: ROSIES BETTOR/HIGHVIEW ROZI to Exacta.

Race 2

RAMBO RABBIT (3) is a big chance to work to the top in this and run along, his form has been consistent and looks a strong chance in this, doesn’t win out of turn but this could be the first leg of a weekend double for him. IDEAL WHITBY (4) has been very consistent as of late and will be there at the business end again. NOBLE THORONDOR (6) is third up and his best is probably the best in this field; you’ll be betting on him to bounce back which isn’t out of the question. ALLIZEE (1) from the same stable was disappointing on return, has the draw to get a good run and improve. KARAOKE STAR (5), HUGHEY (7) are both chances with even luck.

Suggested Bet: RAMBO RABBIT (3) to win.

Race 3

HURRICANEHOPE (9) is lurking in behind them recently and looks suited here, will run a bold race in this. RECOVER LOVER (7) is racing well and will look to get forward, she has been racing collectively stronger and should go well. ICY COLD (5) hasn’t been at her best but can improve in this grade. SUKHOVEY WINDCHIME (2) starts first up for Ash Markham, who does a good job with his stable and could improve, keep safe. Stablemates RIPPER VIEW (4) and ALFA JESS (6) both novelty chances in this.

Suggested Bet: HURRICANEHOPE (9) to win.

Race 4

AKABAH (11) was fantastic in his return run and looks a strong chance in this grade, his application at times has been his biggest downfall and that is my only concern going into this race. CHARLI BROWN (12) has won his last two and been impressive, no reason he can’t win again and has conquered WICKED WINDERMERE (4) twice who similar to AKABAH (11) would have his application to win questioned, consistent without breaking through but he’s had his chance and has had a think about it. WRITE RIGHT RITE (6) comes in with the new stable and can be around the mark with novelty chances to MACHANE SAID (5) and CODENAME ELLIOT (10).

Tips: 12 4 11 10

Suggested Bet: CHARLI BROWN (12) to win.

Race 5

DEL BOCAVISTA BAY (6) has good early speed and likely to charge forward and go to the top in this, has been racing against stronger fields and will be very hard to catch. FROM TIGERLAND (8) is ready to win, has really put together some nice form and gets better every time he steps out, even luck will see him dangerous. JIMMY ROCKS (9) was sound on return and should bounce off that well, will be around the mark. FLYIN DISCO (10) will be running on well. THOMSON BAY (5) not racing at his best but can improve, especially if he is driven forward.

Tips: 6 8 9 5

Suggested Bet: DEL BOCAVISTA BAY (6) to win.

Race 6

THIS TIME JACKO (7) was decent on return and is fitter and strikes a winnable race, he is versatile and looks like he might be too good for his rivals in this. SUGAR BOO (3) has returned to form and should bounce off that win well and be the main danger. WAHINE TOA (8) is racing well enough to feature in the novelties with other chances for the minor end to BLIND EDITION (9), ATLANTAS (2) and IDEALINCIDER (4).

Tips: 7 3 2 8

Suggested Bet: THIS TIME JACKO (7) to win.

Race 7

PAPPINBARRA LADY (5) deserves a win, she has improved her racing craft and developed a nice turn of foot, looks hard to beat in this and has a few ways  BOOM IT UP (4) comes in first up and has ability, can get rocky at vital points which is the reason he hasn’t won a race outright yet, go well in this on return. PURELY PANDEMIC (1) will get a nice run and has been racing well when on speed. LYCA FANTASY (3) will look to get forward again and can roll along. ALTA GABBANA (7) has improved recently but the draw hurts. CAPPY THE FIREY (2) nicely draw but its hard to get excited about this chestnut and THUNDER WARRIOR (6) isn’t quite at his best as he draws wide in this.

Suggested Bet: PAPPINBARRA LADY (5) to win.

Race 8

DRILL SERGEANT (9) was impressive in a recent trial and looks well placed on return to make it a winning return, has a lot of high speed and that’s dynamite in maiden company. KISORA (2) is a likely improver second up but hard to get excited over the first up run. PAPPINBARRA LADY (1) is a consistent performer without breaking through, drawn to be prominent again. THUNDER WARRIOR (3) is capable but faces a tricky draw and looks a novelty chance with PURELY PANDEMIC (8).

Tips: 9 2 1 3

Suggested Bet: DRILL SERGEANT (9) to win.

Race 9

CHARLIES TACTICS (5) was a beaten favourite at the short quote last time out, good effort in defeat but hard to want to dive into the shorts based off that, he was crossed by MRIYA DREAM (6) who once again draws in the same position and can provide headaches for favourite punters, he in his own right is capable. ULTIMATE TESS (8) should bounce off the last run well and can feature again. SELLUNE (9) is improving and is back in form, once he hits form, he usually holds it. SUGA DADDY (3), SKY EAGLE (4) and LOTS OF CHANGE (7) all around the mark.

Tips: 5 8 9 6

Suggested Bet: SELLUNE (9) to place.
