Looking for a positive ride from Ryan Maloney early on to get this consistent mare across into a winning position as she has the form to win. Strong to the line at the Sunshine Coast two back to score before solid same track last time with a couple of kilo’s more weight. Back to 55.5kg tomorrow & down 50m all looks very suitable for her.

RACE 6 No.13 Melisma

Recent edition to the Tony Gollan stable who looked very good winning at the Sunshine Coast at her first run for the stable. Yes, she did score a good trip in behind the speed gaining a gap at the right time in the straight however I liked the way she sprinted quickly & put the race beyond doubt. From the good draw expect a similar scenario tomorrow.

RACE 8 No.1 Profit

Without doubt he’s been a very hard horse to catch however thanks to a gem of a ride from apprentice Kyle Wilson-Taylor he bounced back to his very best last start. Making his move before the turn he dashed up & took over into the straight employing ‘catch me if you can’ tactics & the opposition couldn’t get close in the run to the line. Should be winning again.
