Chris Nelson’s Sunshine Coast Best Bets Posted on January 28, 2022January 28, 2022 | Posted by Chris Nelson RACE 4 No.4 Muschialli Lightly raced galloper from the Tony Gollan yard who looks to have a found a very suitable race tomorrow aided by the scratching of Startantes. There’s good speed up front which suits as he likes to have time to settle in his races before finding the line strongly. Freshened up and given a very soft recent trial he can make it two wins on the trot! RACE 6 No.8 One Shy Ruby Chris Anderson trained mare who looks perfectly placed tomorrow to bring up the hat trick of wins this prep. She looked the goods last start winning at Doomben charging away from her opposition over the concluding stages and I can see a similar scenario unfolding tomorrow as she will be stalking a likely solid speed before jockey Steph Thornton pushes the go button in the straight. RACE 7 No.8 Warp Speed There’s a likely lack of early tempo in this race suggesting racing up near the lead should be advantageous. Whilst that’s not always the case with this 5yo it was the case second up last prep when pushing on to park outside the leader and win. Second up tomorrow off the back off an encouraging fresh run I’d be surprised if Sam Collett didn’t go forward off the wide draw. Quaddie 8, 15 8, 4, 5 2, 3, 9, 13 3, 8, 2 Market Market
