Chris Nelson’s Randwick Best Bets Posted on June 5, 2020 | Posted by Chris Nelson Race 1 No. 5 Achiever Chris Waller trained colt placed 2 of his 4 starts to date. Never going to win here at the latest of those runs when beaten just over 4 lengths on heavy ground however the positive there is the winner of the race Peltzer looks an outstanding prospect who has been sent to the paddock with bigger races on his radar in the spring. The form around Peltzer is all winning form! Race 6 No.3 Enfleurage Godolphin trained filly who faced a tough task first up keeping in touch with the runaway leader Witherspoon who led her at a quick tempo. That didn’t suit however tomorrow’s race does and I did notice her in the nominations for a stronger stakes race at Eagle Farm tomorrow. The stable has decided to stay home where she looks very hard to beat. Race 7 No.1 Classique Legend Potential star being aimed at The Everest who really should be too good for the opposition tomorrow and at this stage is nearer $3 than $2 in most markets which is very appealing. He’s had the benefit of a recent trial and keep in mind he resumed with a half-length 2nd behind Pierata in the Group 2 Shorts last prep which is/was a much stronger race. Unless drifting noticeably in the market he should be winning. Quaddie 1, 3, 5 1 4, 7, 11 1, 9 Market Market
