Chris Nelson’s Rosehill Best Bets Posted on May 15, 2020 | Posted by Chris Nelson Race 5 No. 3 Lashes Classy mare who resumes tomorrow in a Benchmark 78. She sets up nicely fresh having performed well in two lead up trials suggesting her fitness levels will be spot on for a first up tilt. There looks to be good speed in this race which is going to play into her hands as she has a very strong finish and her first up form last prep was terrific winning both first and second up. Look for similar tomorrow! Race 7 No.1 Wayupinthesky Team Snowden trained galloper who should be right at his peak third run back from a break. Only lightly raced he holds a good overall record to date and beat all bar the very smart Rubisaki second up which is a terrific formline dropping back to Listed grade. Should gain the right run from gate one for Brenton Avdulla and looks extremely hard to beat. Race 9 No.4 God Of Thunder Looking for a decent tempo in this final race with this backmarker who looks just about ready to win once again. He scored first up beating a subsequent Stakes winner however has finished out of the money his past three starts, the latest though was better being beaten only a small margin hitting the line strongly as can be the case tomorrow. Quaddie 1, 3 1, 4, 5 1, 7 1, 3, 4 Market Market
